I've criticised you once or twice in the past but i've never told you how much i love seeing your videos. I've noticed you upload videos every friday and what it does for me is it sets my weekend up. You're such a nice bloke and i love the way you say Yo Ho at the beginning, i get like a little dopamine rush lol. Truth is it probably happens to a lot of people, so i'm just letting you know that you make a lot of people happy. So they put facial recognition cameras in town centres, they film people on their body cams, they have cameras hanging from bridges on motorways and lining main roads, in the stations and in town centres filming people, but they don't like to be filmed themselves. Interesting hypocrisy.
The last obnoxious copper that did not identify himself and thought it prudent to interrogate you, was quite adept at hypocrisy. The state uses CCTV more than any country, uses facial recognition, and has never once sought your permission. (Even complained that you chose to cover your face.) But thinks it appropriate that you should bow to the wishes of police and other employees because of their preferences with no deference to actual law that allows and protects public photography. Their is NO SUCH thing as a private number plate. The licence plate is owned by the DVLA. The licence plate is on the outside of the vehicle for the specific reason of identifying them in public. Any member of public can check if a car is taxed and mot'd on the government website.
