Brother, I love your channel, but I think you should concentrate in bringing officers and others with good ideas and fun stories to share. These guys in leadership are political, they don't allow us to perform police work, and don't give a danm about their officers. They paint these beautiful picture of great leader and supporter, but in reality they are all the same.
While I would agree for most, this guy isn’t one. I was a cop for 8 years in the same dept. He’s one of the most respected officers in the dept top to bottom because he’s full on invested into the wellbeing of those with boots on the ground as much as he is the community. Rarely would I take the time, but he’s a captain that still wears boots and carries full gear. Subs out for patrol officers stuck on calls so they can get off on time, advocates for their health mentally, professionally and physically. He leads well.

I totally agree with your statement! In my department they paint the same picture, but at the first opportunity they throw you underneath the bus.
