No. The guy is islandic but studied 7 years in Austria. So he speeks german fluently. He made a compliment sent to the crowd. Some years later he got married with Tina.
Who is the guy in the beachcomers hat? He seems to be a musician they use a lot. What a band. I'm exploring music by Tina Dico I haven't heard.
