With 70 lakhs of budget 2 properties or ground floor shop is not possible. Don't buy office space because there are lots of offices vacant due to high trend of co-working space. Don't go for east Ahmedabad. It has less growth potential. Do remember these points while purchasing property in Ahmedabad
