The devs clearly cobbled this mode together to compete with Warzone. This mode hardly makes sense… 2042 and the players are meant to collect… data drives? From satellites?
@@gdept88 also i know this is very nitpicky but, there was a satellite drop inside the stadium lol. Like under a roof as if someone just placed it there, even though they fall from the sky

I get the idea with hazard zone and I think the concept of it is really cool, like you want to be tactical with the AI fights to not draw too much attention to other real squads and kinda work as a team to plan the collection of the data drives and then find a route to extract.
From what I can see I don't think it works as intended in reality though, probably because the map is too big so the AI fights don't have any punishing element to it. It's more like speedrun AI fights and get out before any other squad arrives. Still think it's cool though for example the second game was fun to watch
It’s trying to be tarkov but there’s too much armour and health so it’s not as serious you just kinda run around collect stuff kill some stuff extract repeat instead of doing what you said he tactical and sneak

This game mode looks exactly how I thought it would and it’s not good. Should have went with either a CS, RB6, plant the bomb mode or a BR
go watch DR lupo , he loved it, this mode won't sit with everyone, esp if your teammates are clueless (like this situationà Lupo played with Poolshark and Darkness which is used to play Tarkov together that made them love HazardZone.
We know Timmy tenders is decent in Warzone, but how good player he is really? most of his streams friendlies feed him kills and he never played solo

They gotta fix the maps first. It's way too open and just feels dead. Hunt showdown has a ton of stuff packed into the map, bushes, barns etc

@@ratdaddyhd3375 idk, for me I think its pretty fun but I just started playing again. I played on pc when it released and now again on ps5, I just love the environment so much. All I wish is they would update it for the new consoles to get 120 fps and crisper visuals.

Hazard zone has massive potential, Dice have already said this is just the first draft of this mode, with feedback from the community and a decent amount of updates they may pull it off. I am actually really enjoying this mode so far although if they don’t mix it up it will die.
If there’s anything about Dice is that they’re games turnout amazing with time. Constantly giving the community what they need I just wish they’d get it right from launch for once

I actually like that there’s AI in the game. With the maps as big as they are and to give you that massive battle feeling you kind of need them. It’s almost a return to world war 2 style battles. Which if you think about it world war 3 would be an end of the world esque scenario. I was in the infantry for 10 years and love the return to a more chaotic type of war

Can’t talk in HazardZone , can’t put sights on your gun even tho you have a bunch unlocked, the giant yellow circle is moronic, no ammo, sooo much unneeded screen clutter, BOTS that show up just to 3rd party you…..
I figured out how to get the attachments in HZ it was tripping me up as well. You have to make a loadout so when you are in the HZ just go over to load out. The load out you make can be purchased with a measly 250. Voice Chat will be added Nov 22nd. Im a long time BF fan and the game feels like a beta still but I see the potential its just sad they released it like this tho tbh

this game need more love... the gun/ shooting feeling is not so good... and the ping doesnt work... when i try to ping a tank or somthing enemy like.. he only say... never mind that order... and doc... play hardcore... the way to death in normal is way.... to long.. and the bullets are bullshit... the need hours to reach the target...

This is the worst battlefield I've experienced, and I'm a big BF>COD guy. Visually being lesser is very acceptable, but first off it never even centered my screen so every menu is inches off my screen on the left side. The menus in general are awful, 25 guns at launch for a bf game is a joke. The bloom is awful and rewards lesser players, the guns are terribly balanced, the velocity and overall bullet mechanics are BAD. the pp 29 bizon is an absolute laser beam and out guns the scar and first LMG. The level building is atrocious (ALL 4 OF THEM LMFAOOOO) The DMR feels like it has more velocity than the snipers. The maps are wide open and bland in between vertically built objectives, having objectives at the bottom and top of a 300m tall building is awful level building for a game with this type of spawning. The map with the ships ashore is terrible, 3 objectives in one ship. The specialist are a good idea but makes people not play strategically or within their class.
I'm big disappointed in this game I've waited for 4 years since battlefield 5. I like one and 5 but was super stoked to grind a modern BF since I missed out of 4 but I may actually re-download 5 and hang this game up until they put about 3 months worth of patches into it.. or I might not.. this is cheeks.
That being said I've heard the Halo launch was perfect 🤷♂️

@@AziWins Because people defend large companies that don’t care one bit about actually delivering good product. Smaller indie developers like the ones who make squad, hell let loose had way less bugs in their alpha and instead of rushing the game and releasing a half baked turd they’ve maintained development for years upon years to ensure they produced a good game. A triple A title like battlefield should not have indie developer level UI, 7 maps, barely any content weapon wise. And yes you have portal which has more weapons then the actual base game that you can’t even utilize in the actual 2042 base. Progression is boring across the board there’s no real challenges outside of get kills or level up. Can’t forget then Big huge maps that are utilizing only about 25% of the space that only drop performance in middle tier CPUs Thats just scratching the surface of the content wise problems. Performance is atrocious, graphical bugs animation issues, sound issues, CPUs bottlenecking, bullet spread looks and feels like a Fortnite weapon. Connection issues, and more. And before people say I’m a noob and started in BF hardline I’ve been playing since battlefield 2 so I’ve seen nearly every launch of battlefield and none have been this unplayable. However yes I know it’s in early access I know the “day one patch hasn’t come” do I think it’ll save the game, absolutely not if dice hasn’t released their fix yet you can’t expect them to fix every problem in a matter of a week. This will take months upon months, the game is boring bland no campaign and it killed two projects for absolutely no reason battlefront two at the prime and height of its cycle. And BF5 when it was finally starting to become very good with the pacific war, and eventually assuming Easter front. The game was a flop so I want it to fail? No because it’s the only big title I actually play but people need to stop being stupid and hold developers accountable for pushing out content worse then what indie developers put out, and understand people have very valid reasons for being pissed off after spending 60-100 dollars for a buggy mess
