perfect demonstration and explanation, I know reversed meaning are different and was always confused how to flip them for the proper interpretation, this clears that up
It doesn't really matter which way you are holding the cards. When you take a card from the deck and turn it over in any direction, they way it lands is the way it was meant to be. I think you are over thinking it when you analyse which way you should be holding the deck in order for the cards to come out as they are supposed to. Not realistic in my opinion. its about the way the card lands regardless of how you hold the deck. Don't be scared and don't over think :) Also I think you could have done a waaaay better shuffle than that, after all the magic is in the shuffle right? But, yes each to their own :) Thank you
I like this comment and the video, the video taught me the basics but this comment also taught me to open my mind to the way Tarot works with whatever way the card comes out, is how it is meant to. Thank you both!
Hey I had a question and you seem to know what you're doing. How do some cards end up reversed and some not. When I shuffle am I meant to turn some? Because like otherwise they're all facing the same way
whats crazy in the amount of time this video is, is 4 minutes and 44 seconds making the angel number 444 which means your connection with the angels is powerful and to trust their guidance
Thank you very informative! I was just wondering for the first card do you deal out the minor arcana until you hit a major arcana and then place that on top?
Hi. This is the way I learned to lay out the cards, so I'm comfortable with it and like it. There are many ways to lay out the cards. You can do it any way you like.
You shuffle. You pick and lay out the cards. And the cross faces you. The only time the client might do something is when the cards are cut. I say might because some readers don't want anyone else to touch the cards.
What deck do you have? I have my Mum and Nanas 3 decks and they are all the same as yours but there are no booklets or anything with them so I can't tell what deck they are/who they are made by
I made this account and spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to make a comment to let you know how much I appreciate this video. Thank you :)

@Luvr same
Thank you so much for this! It was helpful how you explained it and you have a very calming voice 🖤🔮
Glad it was helpful!
Ok. Going try it . Thank u . You were the only one on here who could do it great .
whats crazy in the amount of time this video is, is 4 minutes and 44 seconds making the angel number 444 which means your connection with the angels is powerful and to trust their guidance
That's very interesting.
Thank you so much for this easy explanation! Very much appreciated!
thank you. i made my own tarot cards based on an anime day break illusion
It would be interesting to see those cards. Could you make a video?
Thank you for making this tutorial on the tarot dealing, very interesting 👍🏼
Thank you for this GREAT VIDEO! I have been searching to start reading my tarot but non of the other videos helped me as yours!
Glad it helped. :)
@@TreasureHunterIggy I also have a question, in the 9th part hopes& fears how can we know if it's fear or hope?
@@nardineayman489 Number 7 is what you fear. Number 9 is what you hope will hope will happen.
Oh my goodness thank you. This helped soooooo much, thank you ×100!!!!!!
You don’t have to turn the deck around. It learns how you do things and will adjust accordingly.
That's good. I never thought of that.
Placement and meaning are all different.
Looks like each person have their own way to interpret the cards
Here's a link to my new Tarot video: ua-cam.com/video/nM_DajhWK4M/v-deo.html
Thank you for this video it really helped me, I’m so new to this!
You're welcome.
The placing of the third through sixth cards is Incorrect, the Celtic Cross has the third card on the top, fourth bottom, fifth right and sixth left.
Hi. I now do free live streaming Tarot readings on Tuesday and Wednesday. 🎃
So many videos say different layout orders for the Celtic cross.??
I have always done the Celtic cross with 10 cards but I noticed that you use 11. Can you explain the first card that you put down?
That first card is the court card. I did a video about court cards. It's the first video in the Tarot playlist. That should answer all your questions.
You had to pick up the card from left hand.If reverse card, meaning will be different.
The fact it ends at 4:44 🫶🏼
There are longer videos in my How To playlist.
Can you please tell us how ro read horoscopes?
I have no clue. 😟
I have the authentic 1980 Rider Waite deck. Is this the same
it might be. I bought mine in the 90s.
Thank you. I had been laying them out wrong.
You're welcome.
Hello 😊 Three years later Im back to this video! Hope all is well! 😘
I've made some new how to videos since then. Nice Vintage Tarot deck. Are you going to start making vids?
Thank you very informative! I was just wondering for the first card do you deal out the minor arcana until you hit a major arcana and then place that on top?
Thanks. Do you mean the court card? If so, I did a video about how to choose the court card. It's on the channel, right after this video.
Thanks, I'll have a look at that.
What is a court card and why does it go before your first card?
There is a video in my Tarot playlist about how to choose a court card that will answer all your questions. :)
This was very helpful. Thank you.
Do u always put what you called the court card from bottom of deck under the very first card you placed in middle?
Yeah I want to know too
Traditionally no.
this helps so much thank u
Glad it helped!
That helped a lot thank you! (:
should we put all the cards on the table and choose one by one or can we just shuffle and draw as in the video? or is it something personal? Thanks!
Hi. This is the way I learned to lay out the cards, so I'm comfortable with it and like it. There are many ways to lay out the cards. You can do it any way you like.
Thank you!
i am not good at shuffling cards to be honest. how many cards each pile.?
Yes, is there any the cards name The World 21?
who shuffles the cards? who picks them? when you build the cross should it face you, the reader, or the client? thanks
You shuffle. You pick and lay out the cards. And the cross faces you. The only time the client might do something is when the cards are cut. I say might because some readers don't want anyone else to touch the cards.
@@TreasureHunterIggy thanks for your reply
Lol pulls out the falling tower card
thank you ☀️
Thank you so much
You're most welcome
in the three piles of the tarot cards how do i know the deck is even count.?
The piles don't have to be even. You are just cutting them in a random way.
Love it❤️☺️
very nice shnozer kind sir.
Thanks. 🌷
Thanks!
Many thanks
Love this spread! What’s the formal name
The ancient Keltic method.
Thanks for explaining how not to serve in reverse accidentally
Although I do lay them out in reverse starting with the 3rd
I'll be doing live readings tomorrow afternoon, if you're interested. 🍀
What do you mean by what’s opposing the question?
The first card tells of the general info surrounding the question. The second card tell what forces oppose the first card, either good or evil.
What deck do you have? I have my Mum and Nanas 3 decks and they are all the same as yours but there are no booklets or anything with them so I can't tell what deck they are/who they are made by
I made a video about the deck and book. It shows all the info about both. The video is in the Tarot playlist. You can buy the book from Amazon.
They look like mine so I'm guessing rider Waite cards
@@finng3938 Yes . The Rider Tarot Deck :)
so is the first card i use taken from the bottom of the deck????
No. Its from the top.
@@TreasureHunterIggy thank you!!!!!
Cool but don't understand why you have to put a court card down first???
You don't have to. It just helps focus the energy on the question asked. The court card represents the person who asked the question.
when shuffling the deck do you take the card from the top or the bottom of the deck.?
Top.
so, can you pull just 3 cards & do a reading that way on yourself ? or it has to be done exactly as shown?
You can do whatever is comfortable for you. The more cards you lay out, the more information you get.
what if a reading is not set up correctly.
I suppose the message might still get through.
But 9th card is their hope and fear
Doesnt the 3rd card go on top?
The third card tells about the past. It goes below in the Keltic Cross method.
No significator?
I've never used one, but I might do so in the future. I do sometimes use a court card.
