My post was removed once before. I lived in okinawan for a few years. My comment comes from years of observation and interaction. Not just a few days or weeks out of the year when I visit. I stated opinion which might of been the reason for my post being removed. Now I will only state fact. During the time when Americans would visit, the pictured individual would be absent. You make your own conclusions.
