Warm up exercise in early winter HD

This is a warm up exercise I love to do whenever I have some extra time especially during winter times. Melbourne now is in early winter, we felt a bit of chill sometimes, but today is a lovely warm day, so I did this clip to record my enjoyment. It doesn't reflect any particular martial art style; rather, it was just my warm up exercise. I hope you'd like it as well.
