It's one of the hardest things to experience, the loss of a family member. We loved seeing sugar and completely respect your decision as her family. Those Orange flags in the ground (at the soccer feild) generally are not for maintenance of the feild, but they actually identify where a gas line is, or some wires, etc. They are put in as markers so when they need to dig or whatever they know where all the gas line, pipeline or wires might be. You aren't suppose to remove them from the ground.

steph412017 I was going to comment this as well. That happened with my friend’s dog. She had to put him down and had testing done and found he had dementia. He had actually bitten her and she didn’t understand why he would do that because that dog was her best friend. And that’s what it was.

Oh Sugar 😰 Im so so sorry for your loss meg. You guys made the right decision to let her go, sometimes we become selfish by keeping our pets who are in pain alive in order for us not to suffer. Sugar is now resting pain free and running around in heaven without pain. I truly hope you guys find the strength to heal. 💕
So sorry to hear about Sugar. Lost my dog this past April to cancer. They are part of the family and it's devastating when they pass away and he was less than a month short of being 10 years old. 😞
Gabby Poyner it truly is the hardest! My friend lost both her dogs to cancer within 6 months of each other 😔 the youngest went first she was only 6/7 years old and the other was approx 10 years old

He had been acting weird for months he would walk up to you with his head down he didn't want to play with toys anymore like he use too and he had his first accident where he would loose his bowes and he would just go all over the floor where he couldn't hold it. He had gotten a fever and wanted to lay in mud and water outside my house and the longer this went on the worse it got I took him to the vet Monday and he stayed over night they gave him medicine for his fever got rid of that then I got a call Wendesday that he would be lucky if he made it through Thursday night and into Friday and he died that Thursday an hour after I got home and as bad as he felt and as horrible as it smelt to lay beside him when he was having accidents I still layed there with him up until he passed away in front of my screen door. It was a hard night and I still have my days were I just bawl my eyes out but it's hard.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your dog. I know how hard that is! It gets very hard at the end of their life because they are in so much pain. It was definitely best to put an end to her suffering and giving her a loving farewell. My thoughts are with you as you mourn the loss of your first fur baby ❤️
This is absolutely NOT hate because I love your videos and I think you’re awesome but I don’t know if you know anything about guinea pigs... but they are prey animals and you having your doggie so close to their cage and allowing him to look in on them like that terrifies them. So please be mindful of that next time you’re in the pet store. Also, I am very sorry for the loss of your childhood dog. 😞

I hate it when people refer to a rainy day as disgusting or gloomy, I think the rain is beautiful and it make the colors seem more vibrant and strong. The sun makes everything looks dry and faded

She had a really long life and I personally believe it was the best decision for Sugar. Alaskan Malamutes actually live for about 10 - 12 years. Of course it depends on genetics, what they are fed, how much medical attention they receive, etc.
So sorry to hear about sugar... Over my 38 years I've lost a lot of my favorite family members and still do cry when I think about all the great times I had with them. I've had 3 horses, 2 dogs (malamute female that looked just like Grey) and Newfoundland dog (rescue) and 5 cats (rescue). They bring the best out of us. Xo Also.. My Malamute girl Blue was 16 years old when she passed... So chin up, Grey will be around for a long time!

Oh meg I’m so sorry to hear about Sugar. I have been watching your videos for years and remember her well in your videos and how lovely she seemed. As others have mentioned I’m sure she was growling because she was just in pain and that’s one of the only ways she could communicate that to you 😞 losing a dog is one of the worst feelings, my dog is 11 and I dread this day. You have lots of great memories with sugar, some that were caught on camera, treasure these ☺️

I’m so sorry for your loss meg. I was in tears watching this because I lost my family dog, Bruno, back in March. He was a boxer, almost 8 years old, and my best friend. So I know that feeling you must have. The hardest pill to swallow was accepting that making the decision to put them down was the best thing for them. Sometimes we have to remember that dogs will tell us when it’s their time and when they’re in pain, as hard and heart breaking as that is. I’ll be thinking of you meg and thank-you for sharing. ♥️

I just had to go through the same thing with my dog of 13 years. She had cancer and the cyst on her leg from cancer opened up and wouldnt stop bleeding. So sad when you lose a dog that was more like a family member to you. 😢

As for Hobby Lobby, never ever buy anything from them that isn’t on sale.. if it’s not on sale when you need it, it will be the following week.. they switch item sales in products like artificial flower stems will be regular price one week but they will be 50% off the next week.. and that’s all their sales, usually always 50% off every other week.. it’s really good, esp for home decor and for future wedding supplies you may need and they do have a wedding section in store and most likely online too

Hey meg, I don’t really comment on videos much but I just want to say I know what it’s like to loose a fur baby. My father grew up with a dog named Sugar and when my twin sister and I were born we were premie babies, born 3 months early. Our dad told us that if we survived he would get us a puppy. Around 2 1/2 we got our first dog, and her name was sugar too! She lived to be 14 and was just the sweetest pupper. I was there in her final moments and I will never forget how painful it was to see her go but I’m a firm believer that animals go to heaven and il be reunited with her one day. Sending you big hugs! We will all be reunited with our loved ones one day and just knowing they’re having the best time up there eases the pain down here ❤️

I just lost my kitty a few months ago to feline leukemia, it was hard to make that decision to send her to heaven but we knew she was in pain and and suffering. She was the sweetest cat anyone could ask for and she only lived not even 2 1/2 years. I’m sorry for your loss with Sugar, she seemed so cute and sweet since I could remember all these years. She will always be with you and I’m sure if she could talk she would be thanking you guys for the life and love you guys provided for her, also for setting her free and letting her let go of her pain. Im so sorry Meg. I know what youre feeling. My Poodle left us at 15 years. She was my very first dog i wad only 6 when we got her so she was with us for many years and enjoyed life. Once she got old she was losing her sight and got a little fatty tumor but she was still herself. We kept her until she decided to gp to doggie heaven on her own one day. Saddest day of my life. She was my sister, my best friend. 15 years is a really long time to get attached to someone and she was family. 😔❤
Sorry sorry to hear about sugar. I lost my cat this November.she was seven years old when she passed. She was really sick and it was the hardest thing I ever had to do. She was like my child. She had seizures her whole life and a lot health problem to the end of her life but she got the best care she could ever have. That all you can ask for your pets. They are like your family.

Sorry to hear about your fur baby Sugar 😔 just wanted to say I used to be a groomer and one thing you cans do if all else fails for doggy teeth brushing is wrap gauze around your fingers and rub grey’s teeth that way. It’s just as effective as the toothpaste and toothbrush. Just an FYI. Love the videos.
Following you for so many years and seeing sugar along the way I’m so sorry for your family’s loss! She lived a long good life, my family dog was a basset hound and he lived for 16 years got him when I was 2 and he passed day after Xmas. I’m 29 now and still miss him dearly to this day! 💙

R.I.P Sugar. I've been watching you for around 6 years and Sugar has always been a very happy, well looked after and loved dog. It was the right decision to put her down and put her out of her pain x
I'm a veterinarian technician, I'm so so sorry for your loss, but you guys made the best decision for her. Dont ever second guess that! The growling more than likely came from her being in pain and not wanting to be touched, not out of loss of love for you guys! 🖤 bless you guys.

Rest on peace sugar...sorry for your loss...I had a dog once..and she got pregnant.. when she was in labor she was in alot of pain and became very aggressive with everyone..Pain can cause aggression in animals..as they don't have any other way of communicating it...bless your dog..she's no longer in pain xo
It’s just as hard loosing a dog, as it is another family member. Our family lost our boxer this year. My kids took it so very hard. I’m sorry for your loss. Sugar has been in so many videos. Rip Sugar🙏🏽
I’m so sorry for your loss meg. I was in tears watching this because I lost my family dog, Bruno, back in March. He was a boxer, almost 8 years old, and my best friend. So I know that feeling you must have. The hardest pill to swallow was accepting that making the decision to put them down was the best thing for them. Sometimes we have to remember that dogs will tell us when it’s their time and when they’re in pain, as hard and heart breaking as that is. I’ll be thinking of you meg and thank-you for sharing. ♥️

malamutes live 12 years aprox, but it just always depends on lots of things. Ive known a dog that died at 23 yo. xx

I just had to go through the same thing with my dog of 13 years. She had cancer and the cyst on her leg from cancer opened up and wouldnt stop bleeding. So sad when you lose a dog that was more like a family member to you. 😢

As for Hobby Lobby, never ever buy anything from them that isn’t on sale.. if it’s not on sale when you need it, it will be the following week.. they switch item sales in products like artificial flower stems will be regular price one week but they will be 50% off the next week.. and that’s all their sales, usually always 50% off every other week.. it’s really good, esp for home decor and for future wedding supplies you may need and they do have a wedding section in store and most likely online too

Hey meg, I don’t really comment on videos much but I just want to say I know what it’s like to loose a fur baby. My father grew up with a dog named Sugar and when my twin sister and I were born we were premie babies, born 3 months early. Our dad told us that if we survived he would get us a puppy. Around 2 1/2 we got our first dog, and her name was sugar too! She lived to be 14 and was just the sweetest pupper. I was there in her final moments and I will never forget how painful it was to see her go but I’m a firm believer that animals go to heaven and il be reunited with her one day. Sending you big hugs! We will all be reunited with our loved ones one day and just knowing they’re having the best time up there eases the pain down here ❤️

I just lost my kitty a few months ago to feline leukemia, it was hard to make that decision to send her to heaven but we knew she was in pain and and suffering. She was the sweetest cat anyone could ask for and she only lived not even 2 1/2 years. I’m sorry for your loss with Sugar, she seemed so cute and sweet since I could remember all these years. She will always be with you and I’m sure if she could talk she would be thanking you guys for the life and love you guys provided for her, also for setting her free and letting her let go of her pain. if your mother was so concerned about sugar biting Bella why not just keep the dog away from Bella? it's not like she's there all the time. the dog wasn't growling because she was "nasty" she was in pain. not surprised your parents can't take care of a dog just like you can't.

The dog was 16 years old, sugar was was in pain why keep her suffering.
Sugar was put down because she was in pain and it was the humane thing to do, prolonging her life would just be cruel.

Im so sorry Meg. I know what youre feeling. My Poodle left us at 15 years. She was my very first dog i wad only 6 when we got her so she was with us for many years and enjoyed life. Once she got old she was losing her sight and got a little fatty tumor but she was still herself. We kept her until she decided to gp to doggie heaven on her own one day. Saddest day of my life. She was my sister, my best friend. 15 years is a really long time to get attached to someone and she was family. 😔❤
Losing a pet is so tough. I had to put my dog down a year ago and it was so sad. At least they're in a better place now!

Sorry sorry to hear about sugar. I lost my cat this November.she was seven years old when she passed. She was really sick and it was the hardest thing I ever had to do. She was like my child. She had seizures her whole life and a lot health problem to the end of her life but she got the best care she could ever have. That all you can ask for your pets. They are like your family.

RIP Sugar I watched this video a week ago and thought omg how awful for all your family then come Tuesday Wednesday of last week we found out our dog had a brain tumour out of nowhere and that nothing could be done to save her and she got sooo much worse so on Saturday we had to put her down 💔🐾🐶 we’re all heartbroken so I feel all your pain sending you all so much love 💖 xxx

Sorry to hear about your fur baby Sugar 😔 just wanted to say I used to be a groomer and one thing you cans do if all else fails for doggy teeth brushing is wrap gauze around your fingers and rub grey’s teeth that way. It’s just as effective as the toothpaste and toothbrush. Just an FYI. Love the videos.

Following you for so many years and seeing sugar along the way I’m so sorry for your family’s loss! She lived a long good life, my family dog was a basset hound and he lived for 16 years got him when I was 2 and he passed day after Xmas. I’m 29 now and still miss him dearly to this day! 💙
