the reason why it was tight was due to overcrowded houses and population, that area maybe called a barangay or village I used to live in a place that look exactly like the video and I did have a sarisari store in my house lol and it was fun as we were close to neighbours and friends

Filipinos are the best drivers (including my brother) when it comes to navigating very tight spots. Inches away from scraping your car but not a scratch in sight. We used to live not far from that area in Paranaque. It has become more congested throughout the years.
