Muscle strength is measured by the area covered by muscle fibres. A tall man has a longer muscles which means a higjer strengthening capacity. A short guy's short muscles must have way more vertical length (mass) to have the same strength. When a tall guy reaches it's maximum shape, a small guy will never be able to reach his strength. Stop trying to feel better about your height. If you can find a 5 foot 8 guy that has the same strength as Shaquille O'Neal, I'll cut my legs off so we can be same height
