The interview doesn't have all these questions. These are just potential questions. The main thing is that you show you can survive a year there because people do a midnight run and disappear... it's tough because it is hierarchical and they will do everything to get their way even if it's illegal (if you decide to fight back). I gave up on some of the stuff I tried to protect because it was so stressful with everyone against my decision. But bare in mind, it was covid time when I went.
