It's a nice house, well kept, and very nice furnishings. When you consider the 24/7 maintenance and generators for blackouts / brownouts the price is not unreasonable.
Very nice place. A little higher than I would want to pay, but I have seen houses that were not as nice costing much more. Loved the large kitchen with oven. I would say most homes here dont have the oven.
Stanley, thanks!!!! Perfect place for us to stay temporarily when we come to Lipa in February to look to purchase a property. I will contact both of you.
im planning on moving in the next 4-5 months to the Philippines. lipa city is a place I need to look into. please keep posting places to live, I'm so interested.
Yes, it is much more affordable to rent than to purchase. You must have a Filipino partner to buy, although some rent to own options are very affordable. We got our home interest free 33k pesos monthly for 60 months. Only 12 payments left. Thanks for watching! 🙂
Thanks for featuring Camella subdivision. Nice end unit. Is it true that it takes a long time to apply for electric n water connection under your name? Thanks!
Looks like it's a condo. Looks like the the house is connected to another one like condo or apartment. But still nice just wouldn't want to be connected to another house.
The details and finishes seem to be done to foreigner standards. The rooms are a bit small, but can't really help that unless you build your own. Overall, really nice unit. I would replace livingroom sofa/couch, though...
Thanks for watching, everyone has different needs for housing. A house like this back in the USA would be north of 1k USD monthly. Thanks for watching 🙂
@@Parabola007 I’m not a big fan of the northern islands there nice to visit but I prefer quiet and a lack of regular typhoons, we own property just outside of Davao City. Traffic is bad in most large SE Asian cities.
Hi have just found out I can’t send contact details through you tube is there a way for us to communicate out side UA-cam so I can buy you that coffee Reg

Yes, correct. When renting the electricity and water generally stay in the landlord's name. Thanks for watching 🙂
Nice video and great looking apartment. Does he have any apartments in Cebu?
It is possible, check out his FB page. It is in the description box and shows his available units

I hear you, my preference is the same. We appreciate you watching the video 🙂
Very nice place, but that Flamingo sofa has to go. I live in Florida, and still wouldn't have one here.
Thanks for watching. Kevin has changed the furniture for many of his clients.

Very nice but no yard and outrageously expensive, great for short term or Airbnb, but long-term, you can do much better.
370? Usd outrageous? You a broke A?
