it only makes sense that the dummy barrel is a literal dummy, fake, a bait , while the other is real. you get a small window of time to think which one you'll use spells on first, which in many scenarios will leave you not only at disadvantage, but damaged crown tower.
now if that's the case, it will have rng element to it, which isn't good. you'd want to damage one tower entirely, but then it would be obvious which goblin barrel is real, thus nullifying surprise effect. cant be any other way it works, like they literally have dummies... dummies, as in unrealistic bait
still on the weaker side of evolutions i think.
Waiting to see which spawns goblins and then responding is will at most grant 1 stab on tower from 3 goblins...
It becomes almost useless when one tower already has way more damage than the other since they will obviously go for that tower with the real goblin barrel.
I think that the decoy barrel may also spawn dummies that will tank the tower for a bit allowing you to basically attack with troops on one tower (decoy goblins absorb some damage but do no damage themselves) while the real goblins attack the other.
That would make it in line with other evos.

my thought is one is regular barrel that deals damage and the other one is the barrel with doll that deals no damage.
opponent has to wait or depend on luck to hit the right barrel with small spell

what would be crazy is the fake ones still do damage but once there killed the tower gets all its health back, so you really can’t tell which is which
I think one will be an actual barrel with a small damage enhancement and the other will be an idle fake, which the crown tower will still get distracted from
i think the dolls will do nothing so you have to guess witch side to pick to defend
Maybe it's one regular goblin barrel for damage and the other doll goblin barrel to confuse the opponent
Dolls will probably have cloned goblin stats

Ah , good ol dummy barrel. This has been a card concept since 2018! Maybe even earlier.

1 barrel is real and the other one is fake. The decoy barrel can‘t attack, but it has the same HP like a normal goblin and when the puppet gets killed, it drops the knife, which deals the same damage as 1 goblin hit each (3 knifes= 100% 3 goblin hits on the tower)
I honestly don’t think it will be too good. Goblin Barrel isnt a split lane win condition, and since almost no matter what they will die to arrows (and obviously arrows are the best or second best spell in game), it may not be as good as it seems

No the player decided where to throw the barrel and an opposite exact mirror will fly the opposite way
???? That wouldn't happen. what's the point of that? If the player can't control where they want to throw the real barrel then it actually plays against you in the event you want to switch sides and damage the other tower. Obviously that's not going to happen....

If one is fake and one is not then the evolution is nothing, the opponent would be ready to defend his weaker tower and the other doesn’t matter as much

One of the main strong points about Clash Royale as a competitive game is the fact that there is consistency. And ZERO randomness. The second this comes in, all hell will break loose
