Thank you for this video, I’m getting ready to make one for my great granddaughter that will be here in December. I do have a question about the binding you put around the neck, do you stretch the binding while placing it on and if so what area do you start stretching? The reason I’m asking is I read a post on FB where a lady made one for her child and it didn’t lay correctly against the babies chest it gapped open instead of laying tight against the babies chest area, just want to make sure I sew this on so I won’t have a problem like this. I can do a snap version! It’s basically the same placement as the ties, just adding those little snap plackets I made instead of the straps
