Campbell doesn't go recklessly. That's why we have such a high conversion rate. Going on 4th didn't lose the championship game, execution did. The plays were there to make.
You said it yourself. Lions have the best offensive line in football. That’s why they go for it all the time. Packers D looks weak. They’re not aggressive enough . They wait for the play instead of attacking.
As a new packer fan starting with Jordan Love. I saw that we came back. The best team in the NFL had to win by a field goal. I understand that the lions are great this year but the more people who doubt us for the playoffs we took out the 2nd seed last year by a landslide and almost beat the 1st seed. So we can still win this season. Don't doubt us! Go Pack Go!
Bruh, the Lions have more than double the amount of players on IR than any team in the league. Don't insinuate that the Lions barely won at full strength by a field goal.
This was 3rd and 4th string players for Detroit with 22 players out or on ir. This those teams are so even talk needs to stop. This was the best chance to take them out. MLF flinched
This narrative that going for it cost them the NFC championship, ignoring the fumble by Gibbs and interception by Goff is ridiculous. If you look at the percentages, we get it way more often than we don’t. PS if Quay Walker don’t bump him, the flop doesn’t get a call. 🤷🏾♂️#Accountability PSS with regards to the lions bragging, talking shit and taking celebrations, it’s no fun when the rabbit got the gun. I’ve been a lions fan my whole life and the Packers haven’t been classy towards us historically.
Packers were never classy about beating the Lions. Rodgers refered to the Lions simply as "that" team, in disbelief that tge Lions could even dare to win a game, let alone win the NFCN over the Packers. As said so well above, it's different when the rabbit has the gun. And that is DanvCampbell, and he is jacked up on 4 ventes and 3 expressos, and his ball are the size Texas. With all due respect, I don't see the Packers making it out of the wildcard this year, unless they play the Vikinfs. But that can't happen. And as for next year, unless jordan Love takes a big step forward, which I don't see happening after 5 full years in the league and 2 years as the starter, or the Packers have a phenomenal draft, which they won't since they be picking in the low 20's, the Lions will have all of tgeir starters back from this year, as well as all the guys who are on IR. Then ttere is BrD Holmes who is consitently adding fresh elite talent out of tge draft. Sorry, for at least tge nect 1-2 years the Packers will be fighting forca wc birth tgrough 2025....
@@Charleybones apparently I did the same thing you did which is hitting send without proofreading. I meant to say they haven’t been respectful. I edited it and you probably should too.🤷🏾♂️😂
Packers have a lot more to worry about than the officiating they can't even beat a team with 18 starters on IR. You should look at coaching first just watch you center in this game what the heck is going on there.
Never said they lost because of officiating. They lost imo in large part because the Lions carved them up in the middle of the field repeatedly. Thanks for watching!
Yea i agree the lions was bullying them boys, and like you said we didnt have most our defense, when u can go 4th down on your own 30,yea that saying alot and it didnt even come back to bite them.if wr pkay again the luins going to blow them out,but they going to havr to get past phila
Did the coaches watch the film of Bears/Lions? What happened to the screen pass? My ever ending complaint of LaFluer is not utilizing the running game I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard him in post game interviews admit to not running the ball enough. Disappointing penalty call for Watsons incidental. Offensive pass interference as it was within 1 yard of the line of scrimmage which is considered legal according to Article 4 section 5 of the rules I wish we would be more aggressive in attempting to create pressure as it has been an issue all season
Well said Mark! Unfortunately Hafley's scheme isn't based in blitzing a whole lot. Almost the exact opposite. Baffled that they didn't come out running and stick with it.
I've watched plenty of post game reactions to Lions opponents and the teams all seem to get rattled and abandon their gameplan against us or at least figure it out after it is too late. Every time. Almost like it's a war of attrition for the coaches too.
We saw it Thursday for sure. Green Bay has put on a clinic in recent weeks running it with Jacobs early and often. Abandoned that against the Lions until the fourth drive. Good call by you. Thanks for watching!
@Mitch_I_Am It was working. Both of our DTs were out. Packers have a lot of blame for that loss, namely the coaches. May not work next time as we'll be healthier, unfortunately for Packers and their fans.
If I were you I wouldn't count anything the Packers did on offense that much considering that that wasn't even the real Detroit defense.. you can't acknowledge Detroit has their entire defense out and then try to give the Packers credit on things and say where you was happy about. I mean yeah be happy for that but don't put too much into that when it comes to this game versus Detroit.,ya know?!.. going into that game Detroit was ranked second in defense.. and trust me most of that has to do with the guys that wasn't playing..
I really do think that this loss actually helped the Packers more than a win would have. I'm not afraid of Detroit heading into the playoffs (assuming the Packers make it). I feel like I have solid reasons for believing so. I can't wait. Go Pack Go! Let the Detroit defense come back. This doesn't change my mind.
As a Lions fan, the one thing I didn't want the Packers to do is run the ball. During that third drive I was worried that they had figured it out. But then they stopped. That allowed the lions to control the clock for most of the game.
No doubt about it! It was perplexing to see a team in Green Bay that has leaned on the run for weeks throw it to the curb for large chunks of that game.
@JamesAdgett is the type of clown that posts this remark on any GB thread, because he's too lazy to actually listen to (or comprehend) your take. Mitch's presentation is literally the *opposite* of a whine rant. Just ignore these trolls; they certainly don't represent the larger fanbase. It was refreshing to listen to a Packer's fan focus more on the team taking responsibility and diving into the problem spots. Well done!
Packers defense allowed four 4th down plays. 2 TDs on 4th down. Refs?????? . Detroit set Packers up to get the win, and they failed. They failed 4 times to get the ball back. 4 times.

Plus they don't even get to that game without those 4th down tries.
If DJ reader and Mcneil played in this game you would not run against this defense
Thanks for your no-nonsense coverage Mitch. No point in sugar coating it. Nice to meet you and keep up the great work. #gopackgo

Yup. Detroit's resilience is crazy admirable
The next game against Seattle is probably round 1 playoff for Detroit.
