Manjula जी ने अपनी Life में Meditation की Importance को बताया। उन्होंने समझाया कि कैसे Meditation में उन्हें अपनी हर Problem का Solution मिल जाता था। उन्हें बचपन से ही सेवा का बहुत शौक था। जब वे छोटी थी तभी उन्होंने तय कर लिया था कि बड़ी होकर वे अनाथ और असहाय बच्चों की सेवा करेंगी और आज के समय में वे ऐसा कर भी रही हैं। वे अनाथ और गरीब बच्चों की Life में Meditation के जरिए Spiritual Science का ज्ञान दे रही हैं। उन्होंने अपने कई साथियों को Meditation के जरिये Heal किया है और Spirituality का Real मतलब समझाया है। उन्होंने अपनी Spiritual Journey में Paramhansa Yogananda Ji, Lahiri Mahashya Ji और Yukteshwar Giri जी जैसे गुरुओं का खास Impact बताया है। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने Yogeshwaranand Paramhans की Book Science of Soul का भी ज़िक्र किया है।
