I’m going to try this using a protein drink instead of milk to this mix as well as coffee and coco. No sugar , honey, or fruit juice to spike my blood sugar.

You make a point of saying no sugar but unfortunately as far as the body is concerned honey has the same effect as does fructose from fruit, stevia substitute is the only other change if you truly want to stop the effects of sugar which is a very important task for healthier eating, good luck.
