    Breakfast in 5 minutes, but the mix needs to stand for 30 mins before adding flavourings and then another hour in the fridge . So it's breakfast in 90 minutes plus prep time. Honey is sugar.

      *Honey is HEALTHY sugar, my friend. Not refined... And a LOT of other healthy ingredients. You may prepare to let it overnight in fridge... Or during phisical exercices. Adds can be introduced when you'll eat it. And you don't need it "beautiful": I wash my fruits and eat them with the rest without loosing a second with cups' preparation etc. **_There's nothing magic..._** To live takes time... We need to eat... Healthy options. Warmest regards from Brasil.*

    I’m going to try this using a protein drink instead of milk to this mix as well as coffee and coco. No sugar , honey, or fruit juice to spike my blood sugar.

    You make a point of saying no sugar but unfortunately as far as the body is concerned honey has the same effect as does fructose from fruit, stevia substitute is the only other change if you truly want to stop the effects of sugar which is a very important task for healthier eating, good luck.

    Instead of honey, which is a sugar, use any version of the different monk fruit sweeteners that are out there now. My absolute favorite is the monk fruit with allulose. 😉 😊

    All his breakfasts look like a dessert for me, very low nutritional value, low in protein, low in fat. They are very tasty and if you need “fill the hole”, if’s healthy option, but it’s not a meal
