Been using 3dvista VTP for years and i love it.
Thank you very much, Nick for sharing your insights and experiences! You are the one who introduced me to 3DVista, (which I love). I did purchase it through your link, (strongly suggest doing this, as you also get several of Nick's courses).
Thanks Nick
I just bought the software and just before i did i asked about the walkthrough and dollhouse and 3Dvista said that currently you need to use blender as you pointed out, However, they also stated that a simple tool is being developed so advanced blender and matterport like capability will be a standard tool asap. so look out. Great video
I have started with the online websites, I dont regret a single cent of py 3d vista purchase. If you are serious about 360 virtual tour and business it's non brainer. It goes without saying that hosting your own tours is a key in profitability also
Hello what camera are best to use for this software?
Hi. Is there a way to remove background shading in a pop-up image action without create custom skin component? I have dark descriptions under the paintings and it is unreadable. Thanks a lot!
Thank you for always sharing 360° virtual tour
Actually since Jun 2022 I still considering which software I want to use. But after I watch this video, its make I more confidence to buy 3D Vista plus personal offering from you, please teach & guide me how to start this business. - Azrain Alaman from Malaysia -
Hi Nick. Do you think the 3dVista Stitcher is good enough that it means there's no need for PTGui as well?
3D Vista Stitcher does the job, but PTGui is a lot more accurate. Definitely worth considering getting the Pro version.
Llevo 3 años usando 3dvista, me encanta, pero sigo pensando que la característica que le falta es poder introducir html, lo hago externamente y esto hace que los proyectos suban un 300%, con bases de datos, con animaciones CSS, con javascript esto es una locura
Is there a limit to the amount of equirectangular images each project can have? Thanks
No, however too many can affect loading times but this depends on the server you are using and how well the images have been compressed. 👍
You can always duplicate the tour into sections.
the best software to 360 views for interior design
It's absolutely amazing for pretty much any use case!! Thanks for watching. 👍
Great video, I have been using 3D Vista for at least the last 5 years and it has been amazing. They have an amazing team who are always adding new features.
As for the back wall, you have a beautiful logo, I would add that to the back wall for now :)
I am about to buy 3d Vista based on your videos (through your link, of course). I am brand new to the virtual tour hobby and would like to know what other apps or programs I might need for going from taking the picture to producing it to the web/youube/etc. I plan on starting out as a hobby and ‘possibly’ making it a business later. My main concern with this question is the stitching and color correction. Will 3d Vista do all of this or should I expect to get some add-on programs for it. Thanks for your videos
Hi There, yes I would recommend getting some other programs. I do offer a discount off my 360 photography training course as well as giving the 3D Vista course for free. Feel free to email me through my website and I will let you know what software you will need.
When was the last time the 3D Vista Training Course was updated?
Last year, the newest update should be available in the next couple of months. I've been incredibly busy with my own 360 business. 👍
@@NickPowellPhotography Sounds good. I was just browsing your website looking at your tours. Amazing work. you got yourself a customer. Do you have a discount if i bought both courses?
Yes of course, please email me through my website with the courses you would like, and I will send you over some codes. 👍
Hi is this 3d virtual tour software need a hosting same as matterport? Or a one time payment?
The program itself is a one time payment, I mentioned in the video that you can host your tours using any web hosting service, and these are around $10 a month.

@@NickPowellPhotography can you make a video soon, how do you host virtual tours, how do you deliver them to clients, what are your hosting tips, should you use Amazon S3 for hosting, are the clients for whom you do a virtual tour better for 100 panoramas to host on their site or to download from your hosting.
I have a video on hosting which I will link to below. I personally use a company called 20i who are absolutely brilliant, I haven't ever looked into S3. I wouldn't ever have a tour with 100 panoramas, as I only tend to shoot one or two per room, and never bother shooting all the hallways etc, otherwise it gets boring navigating the tour. If my clients want to host the tour on their own server, then I will just send them the files to add.

I've tried downloading 3D Vista Virtual Tour Pro trial but when I run it Windows Defender blocks the install. Doesn't seem great for a premium piece of software, has anyone else run into this or know if they are working on a fix?
Have you tried disabling Windows Defender? Sometimes false positives can occur, which is nothing against the software itself, more of a Windows Defender issue.
@@NickPowellPhotography Sadly not an option as we're on laptops managed by an IT department, I can get them to take a look at the software but from experience it'll be a long wait. Really love the look of this but might have to go with an online tool like Kuula for now until we can work something out. Really appreciate the quick reply and the great video, I'll install it on my personal Mac to try it out.
I have contacted the team at 3DV for some advice, and will let you know if I hear anything.
Try and download the trial with Google Chrome if you haven't already. That was from 3D Vista. 👍
Will you be adding 3D Models to your training course?
Yes I will... I am really busy at the moment but I will hopefully get around to it soon.
@@NickPowellPhotography I design blender and UE environments and would love to collaborate with you guys on this , love the channel and what you all do 💜
You dont need things on the wall when you have that massive monitor to look at ;)
Love the rainmeter setup as well!
Since then I have installed a couple of shelves with my lenses and cameras etc on them. Yeah Rainmeter is awesome, just a bit memory hungry!! 😂
