How to reshape wide panel data to long panel data in excel

In this video, I show how to convert wide panel data to long panel data in excel. I use the dataset from Prowess database. This database is popularly used for conducting research on Indian firms.
We mainly use powerquery and xlookup function in excel for our objective.

Alternatives to xlookup function can include the combination of Index and Match but that can be too long and too complicated
