I think a good amount of things you said I don’t agree with but I respect your opinion I just think saying that the sculpt is old is a little harsh since re releases like these figures most likely fund bigger projects and better figures but when you say if they could bring more accessories like more head sculpts/forms would not make sense considering that this figure is a budget figure and most likely made for a wider audience like beginner collectors. But as always I respect your opinion and I think I will grab one for myself. 👍
thank you for the feedback, friend. 🙏 i agree with your comment, it's true that he's a fantastic figure for newcomers & casual collectors. i 'm sorry if based my opinion on veteran collectors' perspective 😂 having an extensive db figuarts collection, i tend to lean toward new moulds more than repaints. i dont mind reissues or repaints, every once in a while, since they eliminate scalpers & keep figure prices affordable for everyone to enjoy. however, this one & 2.0 gokus have been extensively milked by third parties & bootleggers, i cant help but lose excitement the moment they announced the preorder 😭 look at this year's sdcc, for example. i love that bandai finally put more accessories in exclusives rather than straight repaints. i admit, this is the main factor that fuel my collecting passion in the first place & keep collecting for years to come (although i also hate that being exclusives means i need to pay the premium overseas shipping cost + service rendered fees) 😥 fwiw, i'm glad he serves his purpose as intended, bringing down the 2017 version's price to a new low. 😁

1:38 personally I don’t like how thin the hinge joint is on the legs compared to others cuz it makes me scared about it being a bit weak and eventually snapping
i agree, the hazard of old design i guess. but figuarts joints are quite durable actually. compared to mafex or figmas, i mean... thx for the visit, friend 🙏
old body design from 2017, repainted. 2 stars means unimpressive. 3 is acceptable, means people will take a second look when displayed (perhaps bcos of the new body) 😂 i typically give 3 stars to new figuarts with few accessories & 4 stars if they carry many effects with them. but this vegeta is old. if you put him on display side by side with demoniacal's proud prince, deep blue, or bitter awakening, you'll see why he gets 2 stars. back when the og came in 2017, he looks awesome bcos of the new body at the time. but these days, with 2 bandai versions & 3 demoniacal versions, he's the least awesome of all. 😥 this & the upcoming armored trunks will be my least exciting figuarts releases this year, sadly. thx for watching, friend 🙏🙏🙏
i like bandai's blue, but i like df's everything else. keep in mind, df's is more expensive than bandai's, so i cant recommend it over licensed figure.
