One person is member and nominee in two different OPC ,by virtue of becomes members in another such company , within 180 days shall withdraw from any one,but why amalgamation two OPC into one OPC ,then appoint nominee is sufficient

But if that 2 opc doing same set of business , we could consider amalgamation concepts,or else we can't do Amalgamation bro ! Mostly same person in practice life do different business in 2 opc .So we can't amalgamate.
One person can be nominee of one particular nominee at a time only !
