Next we'll be getting treated criminals committing their crimes and showing us pictures of where they live. There should be a police unit set up to review all these videos and bust all these crooks of road including the fool that took the video.
If the footage could be seen as defamatory in some way then they would be open to civil proceedings. If you post a photograph of someone and it leads to some sort of harm because they've been identified by their registration number, it's possible they could sue you.
...have driven thousands of km in NZ and have rarely seen rude drivers. I particularly like the willingness of drivers to pull aside when they have several vehicles behind them. Wish that would happen here.
