I’m sure your recipe is great but it is distracting when you stir only in the middle of the item and leave the particles on the side to burn. If you stir properly and bring all the particles sticking to the sides right into the ingredients in the middle then you will elevate your recipe to new heights. Thanks for sharing. 👍
Sorry Afraz proportion of Daal to Barley and Dalia is important specially Chana Daal usually it is highest next to wheat+Barley.I am talking Ahmedabad region of Gujarat state.
