Thats good that the Zygg/ protective shields worked out well for you. I went through so much trying to get the cutouts right, then I had air bubbles that I couldn't get smoothed out. I never thought about to try adding a second layer. Once I got the protector on, I found the soles to be slippery and I was afraid that I would fall and break my neck. lol. I tried them for a while but found that they weren't staying down and the edges of the sole were uncovered. I eventually gave in and went to the cobbler and got the vibram soles. I put it off for a while because I hate the process of getting the soles ground down... I now love the soles. When I bought another pair of Loubs, I wore them a few times unprotected, knowing that I would get the vibram soles. Thanks for sharing your process and experience!
I hear you, it definitely takes patiences that for sure. I had zero problem with them being slippery and I tried them out on all types of flooring. So I was thankful I didn't have any issues with that. I have worn them several time thus far. But I know a lot of people prefer to get the rubber sole put on and there is nothing wrong with that either. Its a personal preference. Have a blessed weekend and tfw xoxo
FINALLY!!!! I have been waiting for this video! You look gorgeous as always, love your outfit! Love your display board! Thank you so much for this very detailed and helpful video! I am definitely doing this! You are the BEST!!!!!! Thanks so much Doll and have a fantastic week!!! XOXO
Yes do it and let me know how it turned out. Just remember to remove all bubbles. If you are a difficult time getting rid of the bubbles. You can peel back the adhesive to where the bubbles are and just smooth out the bubbles again. Hopefully you know what I mean. Just have patience and you will be fine. I hope this video will help you xoxo
Oh your beautiful red bottom shoes- still gorgeous 😊. Thanks for sharing
Happy Sunday hun, yes they are still beautiful. I hope I can keep them that way. TFW sweetie xoxo
What a great idea Lynette! your red bottoms look great and I like them in the natural state too. You look beautiful today and I love your pretty blazer and necklace!! xoxo
Hey girl, so far so good and they are still holding up. I have been enjoying them to the fullest 🤗❤
I love this idea with clear protectors!! 😊
Hi sweetie, ya I love this method better than having the red lacquer replaced with the red rubber. I want to keep it as it originally was....tfw xoxo
Hi Lynette!!! Your Christian Louboutin!!! I can definitely see why you wanted to have them or the bottoms protected!!! I think that I would if chosen the same as you!!! They cost too much to have the red original scraped off!!! Wait... so you can use a screen protector ooh wow!!! I didn’t know that lololol!!!! That was so smart Lynette!!! That makes plenty sense to use the squeegy to get out the air bubbles!!! I guess I didn’t realize that as you walk the red would wear off!!! I think that you really explained everything to a tee!!! I loved your video Lynette!!! That was so smart!!!! Xoxo Pam ♥️❤️❤️♥️
Hi Pam, yep you can use a screen protector girl. I like for them to stay in the original red lacquer as they are. I didn't like how the shoe cobbler removes all the red and puts on that red rubber sole. So I choose to do it this way. So hopefully it will last. Thank you so much Pam for watching. I appreciate your support xoxo

Hey girl, hope you are having a great weekend. I just love the color red. So I want to keep them that color Lol......tfw sweetie xoxo
i definitely prefer my red rubber soles. they’re pretty and protective. this way looks decent too, tho.
Ya some people prefer the rubber. But for me I wanted to keep them with the original red lacquer. My main concern was that I won't slip when walking with the clear protector on it. I'm glad that I didn't have any issues with slipping. Or ya, I would have gone for the red rubber sole instead. Thanks for stopping by, I appreciate it.
Great money saving tip. Thanks for sharing

Ya I want to keep them in the original color. I prefer them that way. I hope you are doing well sweetie and tfw xoxo
