Clearly, Jinwoo stood little chance against Igris in terms of strength and skill, and the only way he could win was by improvising in the end and stabbing Igris into the face between the faceplate. I guess that's how Jinwoo passed the test, both Ashborn and Igris (reincarnated as shadow) realized that Jinwoo's strength was his quick thinking and creativity. A worthy successor.
