- Number ranges for the years, so y'all know which ones are which year:
2005 - 898-946
2006 - 1000-1039
2007 - 164-172 (166S is the only 07 in this, and 170S and 171 aren’t 07’s btw.)
I love hearing that distinctive whistle noise when they accelerate.
North Carolina has a lot of mid to late 2000s buses. IC CE 200s, Thomas FS65s, and Thomas C2s. They even had rear engine models from the late 1990s and early 2000s before they got rid of them.
Nice F65’s. My district used to have a few along with some bluebird fs65’s and many had cat 3126 engines. All of them are gone now however.

It's weird how 2007 FS-65s are in the 100s, while 05s and 06s are in the 900s to 1000s.

They all come equipped with a Mercedes-Benz MBE900 6.2L Diesel engine, right?
The MBE906 is a 6.4L diesel, and yes.
I love seeing some of the 05s fs65s becoming spares is 926 becoming a spare soon

bus 166 threw me off i thought this was bus 1006. why they got 100 instead of 1000?
Bus 1006 is a spare bus and idk about bus 1016 I know bus 1011s is a spare too and handicapped wow alot of spare buses in Guilford county and I don't blame the Guilford county schools to have spare buses in fact spare buses are useful
