Power is also tied into pass protection. Agile work with pass protection against finesse moves and power works with pass protection against power moves. Power is not on an island by itself
The way I see it if you’re a pass heavy dude go with pass protector upgrade. If you’re a zone block runner then go with agile. If you’re a power run scheme got with power. Agile and power will upgrade pass protector as well.
@@eddiejr3683 agile and power blocking stats have 0 to do with the style of blocking scheme you run it has 100% to do with how successful your lineman is against power moves or agile moves like I literally said
For sure, being shorter is great for run blocking, especially for interior linemen. lol in Madden though, it wouldn't matter if they were 8 feet tall 150 pounds, or 4'9" 400.
I’ve never really cared for how OL players upgrade in madden. It feels so hard to work on specific things. And I’ve always though they needed to add a 4th option or just modify the current ones. That being Run Block. They have all Pass Block now with PB, PBF and PBP. but they don’t have an option like that for RB, RBP, RBF. Sometimes it’s a little irritating when you’ve got a guy that super solid but one of those is just painfully low and you can get that one built up.
I used to draft strictly power guys just for this. Power as their archetype and usually 1st in strength at the position. Dline men I would do opposite, I liked to draft say a speed rusher dt especially if they were the strongest at their position that way he’s already viable at the other that I’m not really dumping points into.
this channel is so goated. i’ve pretty much followed everything y’all have said as far as schemes/playbook/abilities etc but i’m still finding it hard to get pressure from my DE’s/DT’s. i have nick bosa as my DE too and still can’t get pressure. somehow he gets locked up every game. i have him unstoppable force and edge threat all of tht stuff. nothing works for me. what am i doing wrong ?

Thanks for the vid man! This is helpfull! Im rather new to madden and american football and i get some very rudimentary concepts but im struggling to learn the game. Like i get what each position is supposed to do but reads are really rough on offense and defense is even more weird. Playing on all pro as lower is too easy even for me knowing jack all. Could someone point me in the right direction to learn?
Just depends on the situation. Scheme is always something you should be somewhat close to but you shouldn't pass up on a good player even he doesn't fit your scheme. Especially if you don't have any other options.
We always play with injuries on. However, your correlation to our recommendation's on how to upgrade offensive linemen in Madden to having injuries off makes absolutely zero sense.
I was hoping we could get Will Anderson with the Rams pick, but I don't think that will happen. With our pick, I'm hoping for Christian Gonzalez or Kelee Ringo

The stats that matter for lineman is run block power, run block finesse, pass block power, and pass block finesse.

Another good note is that in real life being shorter is better as a run blocker, but doesn’t mean much in Madden.

T4G, can you post a video on best OL abilities? Everyone else just posts about MUT linemen. You are one of my favorite madden UA-cam channels I watch.

He has to win player of the year or draft one if u get lucky
Pro Bowls play a factor in dev upgrades for lineman as well

Yeah the dude is impossible not to like.

Do you use default sliders for your cpu v cpu gameplay? In franchise
I’ve wondered the same. I only play franchise as CPU vs CPU. I like playing the GM role and seeing how the team performs from year to year.
Is there a way to upgrade the development trait and Tunsil is my favorite olineman
If you win OL of the year you get a dev upgrade
@@bigboi301slg how do you do that?
So what abilities do we use?
How is you upgrading him multiple times
How do you get the O line so many upgrades?... did you adjust the XP slider if so to what?
Completing all our goals and adjusting the XP sliders to a degree.
@Tips4Gamers what goals you talking about?.. not the weekly game goals for staff points eh?

Such a beast. Both AFC south teams are looking to probably land CJ Stroud and Bryce Young so this next year will be interesting.
Lame Johnson for sure
Penei Sewel
Who do you think they should draft with their two first-rounders?
