The Saddest thing about the Clone Wars is that in the end, nobody won except Sidious, the jedi order was destroyed, the brave clones were buried and decommissioned and the republic they fought for gone, the Seperatists murdered, the droids deactivated and from the ashes of it all rose the Empire
And at the end of it all the Palpatine wins and the Skywakers are all dead.
And Padme died for nothing
Same can be seen in our world...

@MemeBrain I would like a Darth plaguis the wise film, only the final scene should be Palpatine killing him. The whole Movie should be About Plaguis with no mention of Sheev, only for the last scene to be Sidious killing him.
This is...the finale to George Lucas' Star Wars. This is the finale to an era, an era we grew up with that while many of us had trouble initially accepting because of one's opinion on the prequel movies, it grew on us to that we were sad to see it go and the supplemental material that went with it was outstanding.
The Clone Trooper Helmet and the symbol of the Republic on Jesse's helmet symbolizes this all too clear...painfully...and sad. It's done. The Clone Wars is over.
Jesse’s helmet symbolizes the Republic as the Republic symbol is on it
Therefore, when Jesse died, it symbolized the Republic died
I think the crash of the Venator star destroyer represented the fall and death of the Republic.
Maul's disabling it from Within represents how the sith infiltrated the Republic and began poisoning it from within. Then when it was pulled from Hyperspace and limbed towards the planet was the buildup towards the war.
Then when the ship entered the atmosphere and began to burn up was the war itself and the Republic's fall from grace. And finally the crash itself was the finality of the death of the Republic.
Rest easy, boys. Your war, your nightmares, it’s all over.

I just binged the whole series for the first time over the past few weeks. I’m definitely having trouble processing it.
I thought a break up was bad but this brought me to tears saying goodbye to the clone wars along with good clones like Jesse

The ending was just depressing, but the part where I finally felt sad and actually cried was when it showed Jesse's helmet
I’m still processing it I can’t believe it’s over one of the most perfect endings in movie or tv history the ending is so hauntingly beautiful I’m so glad the clone wars was part of my childhood and I can’t wait for what the people over at Star Wars have for us next

You guys are out here acting like Rebels was awful. The only bad thing about Rebels was the animation style...and Ezra being annoying
@@claybrown8351 And the toned-down nature of the show in the darkest timeline of the series, toothpick lightsabers, and very clunky lightsaber combat. The only one that didn't feel as clunky was Vader and Ahsoka.

farewell clone wars you have made everyone's childhood the way it is,you have ignited the joy for many fans that's been with star wars from the beginning and gave newer fans something to experience,the story's that were said,the character we love and hate,the emotions we all feel for this will be with us forever,there story came to an end,they will live on with us,may the force be with you,always
As a Maori New Zealander like (Jango Fett) there isn't much of us out there so it's cool to grow up watching something that has your people in it and to see them die off like this is like how the maori people died off when the British empire came all over again

@@phantomowll When imperial britain colonised New Zealand in the late 1800s my people who were the maori, turned against each other and almost wiped from existence. But this hit me hard because to me that actually happened in real life, an empire came and almost killed all my people. I am a twin to a bro and to actually see your people disregarded like they were 150 years ago has really traumatized me and it hurts to see brothers fight brother's again because that's what wiped out my people :'( I feel broken as human after this

Adrian_72 it’s haunting when you realize just a few seasons ago everything felt infinite, like a grand adventure. Now it is the Dark Times. But there’s still hope.
I didn't have the chance to watch the Star Wars movies in theaters but I did watch the Clone Wars multiple times until one day it was just gone and I didn't know why. Then it was back, I had grown a little in that time, and I had learned more about myself, life... and death. I came back not expecting much due to the newer movies not living up to the top-tier storytelling I had been used to. Still, I had forgotten how much I had grown up WITH these characters and how much I cared for the little things, the sacrifices made by clones because they thought it was the right thing to do and nothing else, the named background characters that still somehow held something over you when they finally found their peace in the nightmare. I find it hard that I might move on now from this series and never come back. I've seen it all... what is there to come back to? I don't want to forget what Star Wars clone wars brought into my life. It's a shame it will fall behind into nothing but legacy: What it truly means to sacrifice everything, get to the end of the road knowing you did your best, and still feel broken with nothing to show for those lost along the way. I came back to finish my childhood and I was not disappointed.

I still sometimes wander to listen this from depts of the internet, and just sit down. Remembering, what it was like to see the last scenes of the Clone Wars, and just feel... hollow. Sad. Detached. It was the end. I wanted more.
But it was the end we truly needed. Not big explosions, not action and cut to black. Not some happiness and feeling of win. Because Star Wars was never to be like that. This was end of era. We lost. We lost so much. We lost so much and we can't change it.
The ending made me want to cry, but the tears were never there.
The moment of just seeing, no talking and special effects was gut wrenching. Just the haunting tone, and the helmets in front of us. The moment of reflection. All jokes we laughed at. We saw how clones became inviduals. We saw victory. We saw death. We saw how every character lived. We saw and we lived with them.
And we saw how it all fell apart. And that's what I thought when I saw the scenes for the first time. We were there for their lives.
We know how it all ends. And that doesn't change this in anyway. No one deserved this ending. But it was what we needed.
I still come and listen this, because I still see the scene in front of me. And I remember how much it meant to me. I remember the dead. I remember what made me love it in the first place.
And that's why this is one of the best endings ever for me.

Wow, I have been watching star wars sense I was like 4...the rise of skywalker was not the end.. This was the true end of star wars......May the force be with you...always....
I've read reviews saying that the ending and the this music was bittersweet. But for me there was nothing sweet about this ending. It was quite sad and heart wrenching, because we all knew from the beginning of this series how this would all end, the fall of the Republic. The Jedi, the Clones, the Separatists, the Mandalorians, everyone fought and suffered great loss over a lie so that one man can take power and rule with an iron fist.
I imagine how all the survivors of this war, this lie, deal with living in the Empire. Almost 20 years pass when the Rebellion breaks out. I can't imagine the hardship all of our beloved characters have to deal with during that time, and as I was watching and this music hit, those were the thoughts I was having.
Perfect ending for a great series, but those thoughts of loss and hardship just sadden me to the core. Haunting.

Gosh dang this music!! This series did not have to go that hard!! But they did, they gave us this amazing ending for us!!

I knew as soon as this track started playing that whatever I was about to see was gonna hurt immensely
It's the kind of thing that we all knew was coming but now it feels really strange now it's happened and this brilliant piece of music gives you an idea of the sense of loss Rex and Ahsoka must have felt, you can feel the sense that it really is all over.
A sense of loss for us too, knowing this is the last nail in the coffin for George Lucas' Star Wars makes the pill much harder to swallow

The missions the nightmares there finally over
They used a subtle version of this in Episode 5 of Ahsoka, and I’m still not okay. I’m still not okay from Clone Wars, and then they do that.
i cannot believe this was 4 years ago
Seeing the clones get killed in the episodes never really bothered me too much (emotionally) except for the deaths of 99, Fives, thought to be Echo, Wolf, Hevy, and some of the other really memorable clones in case I missed any. But when I saw the clones dead and dying from Maul attacking them in the pit in Mandalore in season 7, I almost felt like crying. I know I had seen many other dead clones in the series before, but for some reason...that moment...almost all the clones lying dead and that one trooper barely alive telling Ashoka what happened. That was such a sad moment to say the least.
During the episode I started to hate Jesse for turning on Rex so fast, but when that final scene came up where it showed all of the ahsoka helmets and Jesse's was in front that REALLY made me sad.
Listening to this makes me feel like I’m in a different Galaxy.

Compare this to the new movies this blows them outta the park Ashoka is 10x times better then Rey who is handed everything and is Mary Sue who had like 2 weeks of training meanwhile Ashoka trained all her life been in wars she earn all those moves in those last 4 episodes
