I've hear that from several people but not one of mine has failed yet so take that for what it's worth. Also, not all guns have a breack oring. Some have the orings on the probe like the Origin and Avenger which doesn't get any on it when cleaning. Also there isnt enough oil left in it after a couple of clean patches pulled through to even diesel
Yes its usually for the baffles however the early Origins didnt have any. In this case it's just to help put the pull through into the end of the barrel that's about 5 or 6 inches from the end of the shroud. You can remove the entire shroud. Its not that much more work but, if you don't have to.......😁
@@rudymsmith maybe don't submerge your airgun in WD-40? In 8 years of cleaning many airgun barrels I've never had a problem. But use Ballistol if you want. Certainly won't hurt either
Straight forward and to the point. Thanks for the info. Big Marauder fan!
Definitely not tryin to be UA-cam famous am I lol
Very nice Air Shop! And as far as manuals go, the Venturi's is pretty solid.
Dang that's a lot of guns. Nice hobby shop.
Nice collection!!
No wonder Pyramyd Air and Air Gun Depot doesn't have any pellets. YOU BOUGHT ALL OF THEM.
Haha, you have to buy in bulk to get the same lot and more importantly, free shipping
The quickest i seen ever

Just clean it every tin
Good show👍
Isn’t WD 40 bad for the breach seal?

New to this... Why use the straw? Because of baffles? If so, can you take off the barrel shroud and baffles before cleaning?

How did you make the pull through?
Theres a video on this channel of how to make it
Found the video shortly after I posted great job on the vids
petroleum = wd40= bad for o-rings - use ballistol

What weight fly line did you use?
I really dont know. I'll have to look tonight. It's made by Scientific Angler and its floating cell
I just made two out of .065” weed eater line . I used high quality(3M) duct tape to secure the loop. Cheap and worked fine for .22 caliber.
It takes a minute to take the shroud off. Much easier to get the wire in.
Voice is not loud to hear no clearity sound at all can't hear you properly despite of that nice guns showroom
