Crystal, I was looking to purchase your book. I have a question. I also have GERDs pretty bad and IBS. I lost a lot of weight and have been on an ensure and baby food diet but starting to feel much better and ready to move onto juicing. Does your book include juicing recipes with acid reflux in mind? hey i loved the way you managed to make the videos to share with us your tips the juicing thing its aswome the one you made contains a lot of nutrients really good stuff i will start doing this tomorrow, you think you share with me one day of your daily diet.. or some other tips for getting fats and healty calories in my diet... thanks for making this videos you look happy and healthy i want to look like you :)
