- International superstar Russel Crowe and Turkish actor Yilmaz Erdogan was at Sunrise on Channel 7 to talk about The Water Diviner. The film will be at cinemas on Boxing Day.
Russel Crowe ve Yılmaz Erdoğan, Avustralya'lı televizyon kanalı Channel 7'da, yakında gösterime girecek olan Water Diviner filmi hakkında konuştular.

Yılmaz Erdoğan'ın konuşamaması neden yabancı filmlerde çok yükselmiş bir türk oyuncu olmadığını açıklıyor. Çünkü konuşamıyoruz. İngilizce kitaplar romanlar yazan Türkler var ama konuşmak oynamak çok başka bir şey.

Well done Yilmaz, Finally Turkish actors started to playin main roles in huge budged projects.
Still only in the roles of Turkish characters and movies shooted in Turkey though. Hope more to come in the near future in many different types of roles, like Olga Kurylenko who is an Ukranian and played a Turkish woman in this movie, which doesn't sound right in the means of appearence, but just an example.

it is a very good movie -shows horrors of war - we are still at it 100 years later! a shame-perhaps we should watch a little closer. The song at the end during credits is wonderful- i cried all the way through i found whole thing very moving.WELL DONE!!!!!

The way this movie depicted Greeks was shocking.
the greeks in film were not greek army they were greek gangs, rebels which helped greece to invade turkey from inside. just like the film they were stumping villages and clearing the areas from the turks and they were ruthless.
They have gone crazy after greek figures in the movie but also turkish unofficial gangs were like this. But They think RC got paid for these scenes. :D They are all third- country people coming from hard education based on propaganda history.
Greeks did many horrors too during this war. If they were honest they would recognize it and other might actually feel bad for them too.
