Laos is way behind other countries. They don't have expressways that run from North Laos to South Laos. Most of the roads are not paved. It's so dusty. My clothes get so dirty after driving in Laos. The red dust is everywhere. They need to plant more green grass to cover the exposed dirt.

Ofcourse....Because Laos is poor country a long long time....I hear the got the plan to build the Express way from Vientiane to south of Laos,....I went to Boten district, Bokeo province..I saw they are building a an express way to Koun ming ( China )....I traveled every province of Laos and I see a lot of things...You are right, some province some district still have red dirt street , and they need to solve that problem for sure....Like I said too many clip..they need to solve the trash problem, clean the street, cable lines hanging, traffic and more..
