The in-game guide reflects patch changes and is kept up to date. Most players don't expect a bullet carry Dynamo, who is really strong in 1v1's and of course the "best in slot" character for a team fight clump. This build allows you to do both with superior stamina, tankiness, sustain, and farm speed. Dynamo is one of the higher tier Deadlock characters and this guide may feel like you're cheating.

What are your thoughts on getting fleetfoot instead of surge of power? You still get the movement speed buff plus additional ammo for cheaper.

      1) Fleetfoot takes up a gun slot.
      2) Surge of Power lasts longer, gives fire rate, slightly more heals on 3, and has half the cooldown duration so it has far more uptime.
      3) The 10% weapon damage from fleetfoot isn't worth giving up anything else in the weapon slots early and is a massive DPS loss if used in the flex slots over what's in the build.
      4) It's an extra button you gotta push instead of being a button you're already going to push anyway.
      5) You end up healing 200 less total HP to yourself and if you're healing multiple targets of similar max %HP this is multiplied. What this means is WHILE fleetfooted gives 15 extra HP over surge of power, factoring the healing power of the spirit power it gives means you win out +185 hp in the long run.
      6) By the time you buy Surge of power getting 3k souls is just clearing one lane worth of creeps and the jungles that align it. It's super quick to pick up.
      7) The time you buy it is around 20 to 26 minutes depending if you're doing good or bad. Buying Fleetfoot instead puts the time around 18-24 minutes, so only a 2 minute difference for a much more inferior item that you'd have to sell off to make room for actual damage items anyway.
