He was the top student in KCSE 2012, in Igembe South Constituency. He secured a scholarship at Northwestern University where he is now studying Computer Science, and he hopes to use his skills to set up his own software development company in Nairobi. Timothy Mwiti shared his Daring Abroad Story with CHAMS Media.

How is this a case of a needy student when father is a doctor and mum a teacher and have such a nice house and car? Hii Chance could have been given to a real needy student. It's not about being needy, it's about deserving the opportunity. He deserved it because he came top of his class in the county!
