Another young mans life that you have touched here. I feel inspired to share my story with you and whoever might read this.
In 2016 I graduated highschool, I was 318lbs. After a doctors visit for my ankle that was severely injured and being told id never walk the same again, I made a choice that day that I wasnt going ti let that doctor be right. Over the next year and 2 months i lost 100 lbs and was down to 215lbs by 2018. I stayed there for about 2 years and in the beginning of 2020 with covid, my job changed and I stopped being physical at work.
Now here we are 2022. Im back up to 277 lbs because i let my diet go and never tried to replace my physical activity, but in January i made the goal to get into the best shape i have ever been in. The start has been slow I wont lie. It took me all of January to break the bad habnits of drinking soda and eating fast food. Now this month i have been very intentional on moving more and building strength.
And thats how i found you, two days ago on your kettlebell full body workout videos. I am subscribed and will be following your life and journey. I have always drawn inspiration from those that have the ability to create lasting routine. Your vlogs are also my favorite content on your channel. I have already watched probably 10 of your videos these past 3 days and plan to watch at least double that so i can really get a sense of who you are( and more workout routines to get shredded😤😂). Idk if you will ever see this and idk how many times you have heard this, but you seem genuine in your videos and that made me think youd find some joy in knowing the power of good your work has on the world. One love stay up 💙

how much does it cost to afford a house in London? I think London is one of the costliest cities in the world. I feel instead of buying a house, one should invest in a mutual fund or any other long-term financial stuff. The returns are far more than one would spend on the rent. Also, if you don't mind then can you tell us how much do you save in a year. I wanted to know how much a person without working on a regular job can save. I meant people like you who have a large youtube followers. :)
