I got it to climb Kilimanjaro in initially but it’s amazing, so so incredibly warm even just the waterproof layer alone. It’s really good that it comes with the down layer underneath that you can remove. I also have the tri-climate fleece and so it’s so good being able to switch up the inner bit. It got me to the summit of Kili though and every dog walk before in training and all the dog walks since! Can’t imagine needing any other coat ever again! It’s 110% waterproof and wind proof as well! The pockets of the shell layer are also fleece lined so they are SO cozy!
