The PPI Sorter from Viaposte, a specialist in logistics, industrial maintenance and transport, handles small, non-standard goods.
It is equipped with versatile outlets.
Equipped with :
6 tippers injecting up to 1,000 items per scale
18 injection stations divided into 6 zones, fed by conveyor belts which bring the goods to the operator.
Each injection line is equipped with videotracking 🎦 enabling the tracking of items as they exit towards the reject belts.
Over its 316-meter length, the PPI Sorter sorts up to 24,000 items per hour into one of 468 multi-purpose outlets.
Dual reading and video coding enable :
➡️ to route and sort products according to several parameterized criteria, with OCR taking color and black/white photos for optical label recognition.

Très interressant, pour faire face à la chute des volumes pourrait on y insérer des colissimos petit format? (genre la fnac , bouquins etc...) c'est le même format
