Hello Sir, are we need to install relief valve in our system? and for adjustment to 3000 PSI I have to adjust load sens?
Hi Ali! You would adjust the screw below the load sense, or closest adjustment to the pump.

@@bardiyawilliam It's always a good idea to install a relief valve as a safety so you do not over-pressurize your system.
To increase your comp pressure to 3045 psi turn the pressure screw in 3 quarter of a turn that should raise the pressure to 375 psi.

And if the dr is bottomed out and turning the pressure adjustment screw does nothing and pressure stays at 950 what then? New pump.
Hi Will! Sorry for the late reply. We would need to know what type of control you have but for a DFR type control we think you are referring to the FR / LOAD SENSE being bottomed out so the only option for adjusting the pressure would be the DR main pressure adjusting screw. If that is the case and your only achieving 950 psi then there may be a relief valve or stuck open or not seating properly.
