Not sure which bank you are talking about, I came to UK 1year back and opened a Barclays account within 15mins from app and just using BRP, no other documents. Please don't make things complicated for others

@@DesiCoupleinLondon Totally agree with the video, my experience has also been the same. All high street banks ask for 3 months' address proof, and they don't even accept Revolut/Monzo's bank statements for address proof.

Another excellent video... I have a question... Can I ask my UK company for help regarding a Bank Account?? Or do they only give a Reference Letter?? Kitna din time lagta hai account open karne mein??
Over here they dont have much connection with account opening agents as in India. So only the referece letter will be provided but you can your HR if they can help in some way.
Account opening happens the same day. but getting an appointment sometimes take time.

I work for HSBC UK..as.long as u have a passport or drivers licence (UK) provisional of full ..and an address proof..u can get it in two min there is no issue ..and there is very good savings acc with 5% interest 3.7% 3.5% or 3% ..kindly make use if u in UK
