I've loved cars for all of my 51 years, and watched the channel for two, but I never knew that those Honda hatchbacks have that little tailgate below the rear glass.
Hell Yeah another Awesome tune video and Rad Magic PFi tune Brother 306whp on 7lbs of boosted on a jDM b16 love it👍Let's Gooo! Also congratz to Oscar on his first build it turned out great build bro... PFISPEED/BOOSTEDBOIZ Rck!!! 🤜🤛😎 🔰🔰🔰💪✌
Another satisfied customer. Brent and the guys are boys you need in every garage the service and help and experience you guys give is what some garages not all. lack all over the world you guys love and breathe cars..good job as always boys. Also when we have a dyno video can we get the first flat to the mat with a party hat after the dyno session like a costumer reaction that would be mint. Thanks again boys🏴
One of the things that I love about your channel is all the people and cars that come to your dyno there are so many cool builds out there, nice job Oscar.
back in 08' i had a stock integra gsr... like stock down to the suspension and head gasket stock.... made 302whp @ 9psi on a 57 trim t3/t04e....ran it at that power level from 102k miles - 156k miles... burned oil but still had good compression when we dissembled it to be built. All in the tune. really fun car... trapped 114mph in the 1/4 and on drag radials.. was pretty dangerous on the street.
EG8 was my first car. First mod I did was the blacked out housing on the headlights back in 04. I always laugh when I see them on these Civics, didn't realize it was such a popular thing to do and it's one of the first things I notice on other peoples 5th gens! lots of fun memories with that car. Keep up the good work!
Man i would love to just spend a day there with you guys. All your videos keep me goin on my hondas, kyles red hatch is what inspired me to start taking apart my spare f22 i had sitting around and start to build it up. I had a few ideas like make it a g22 Frankenstein h23 head k20 internals, or just build a sick f22 and bring back the single cams. Where im from there isnt any hondas here like the ones you guys have i cant even find anyone that can dyno and tune one my dream would be to hang out with you guys and get to see and experence everything i would dream and love to do if i was able to afford it. Keep up the good work and awesome videos! And thank you for showing us what hondas are really capable of.
Man I love what you do! You are making kids dreams come true! Great job buddy I hope to see more on all of them. I hope Oscar has fun with that and doesn't blow it up until we get to see him at the track!
When I had my turbo B16A2 I found that 250 to 300 whp was the best range for a daily driver. It was pretty fast and it had good traction on the street. I drove 100,000km on that setup in every possible driving conditions (Canada) and it was an excellent daily. Big numbers are fun on paper but not for day to day use IMO.
this is the best channel on UA-cam!! phongs the man and brent is the most positive person I've never met!! i absolutely love the content thank you all so much!!!!
Love watching you boys at work. I'm from Canada. Wish I could bring my hondas to your shop for dyno. Brent is always so positive even when you guys dynod one of your crews b series and it blew up. Both off my cars are na set up. One is b18c type r and other is b20 vtec.
Good morning brent its always rad and any bully talk lately just talking about it will get the content job done😂 but i vote shock relocation still. im not there to have any clue what im talking about but maybe one day i can meet pfi and the boiz
Awesome job man I can’t wait till my b16 is done, this is stock with 300whp, I can’t even imagine what a built one is gonna do!! Only if I wasn’t across the country I would totally love to get tuned by you guys!!!
Now that's old to me I've done that before and then on my dual Cam zc and I made 15 to 20 lbs no problem with stuck sleeves the only problem is now it's trying to find a good tuner that won't flake out
My 1st honda was a dohc zc swapped crx😁 love the zc still we ran a little boost back in 2000 a fmu and a check valve was the affordable option to get running no wideband no idea just boost psi and clenched cheeks zc lived forever 😀
All Motors is gonna make different HP just bcuz it's the same motor doesn't mean that they will have the same HP.. It also depends on how well som1 toke care of that motor n the miles on motor will give u different results.
It's just like brent always says, he gives the timing/air/fuel that the engine is asking him for to be in the hot spot. They all vary but it is generally fairly even across the platform. Stuff like using different compressor housings/turbines that are the exact same size can change numbers because of efficiency. There's alot of variables that help determine the final numbers, including who is sitting in the driver seat during the session.
This video would be a great video to start getting a reaction video to your customers first drives in there fresh tuned animals. Please start trying to do this
Yes that would b bad ass if y'all could get the owners of cars y'all tune to give us a trip to Mexico 🇲🇽 to see wat she will do on the rd n dnt hav to n racing just a fly by video of car. Let's go
@@ericwilliams2117 lol yeah I noticed it had paddle tires on it I don't think that would work too well on the dyno. I'm definitely waiting on that video
Lol reminds me of way back in the day when id use a ton of vacuum tees and check valves too bleed boost off so the map sensor didn't see any positive pressure and go into limp mode... Keep up the great work PFI!!! I was wondering if u guys use honda tuning suite at all??
lol - never seen a boost adjustment from Jamie that doesnt hit boost cut the first time :) and do you guys put a restrictor in between the pressure feed and the "T"? thatll give you a lot more response to small changes for your t
Damn son, 306 on 7 lbs on a stock B16? I'd say that's a pretty good number for an otherwise stock engine. The most I made with a stock Honda engine was 408 whp on a stock B18B1 with BC Stage 2 Turbo cams and supporting mods with an eBay 50 trim turbo kit on 15 psi.
Hey Brant that be SO... BAD... ASS...! after u were done tuning them that they could do a burn out on some cement. Make like a 10X20 cement pad just for burn outs. That be cool it was just an idea thought be cool ass hell. Cause people love burn outs as much as any other things that got to do with fast cars an speed. But thx for the videos an u right about Jamie he a great friend to u. An there's not many people in this world u can trust anymore. So when u do u better hold on to them.
I always watch your guys videos and follow your builds but one thing I wish you guys did was too add a short clip of the car doing a pull after getting tuned! Other than that the vids are kick ass awesome.
We really need reactions of the owners first rips. Would be great to see!

What BOOST said. Later models were just a full hatch

I love all the stickers under the hood.. nice touch!
Wow that EG looks so rad. I love it.
The most humble channel on the tube!!!!
Cant wait to see what phong and his bmf make on the dyno!
Hell yeah.
Phong appears to be taking an interest in the Razzle Dazzle dune buggy. That is a good thing for everybody.
PHONG SAID ..BMF..😂😂😂😂😂
That's a beautifully done eg ,congrats on the build ,Oscar 👍💪👏
Oscar is my dad

The EG is by far my favourite generation of civic, so cleannn man.... good first build right there! 👌💯
Dude, so excited to see what Phong can accomplish with that car in the shop and at the track 🖒
Classic Brent and pfi! I love it. This is what I come for

I concur anything fwd with over 550hp is point less for daily use unless your investing in slick’s and drag racing
The little tale gate makes me like these cars even more now. 👍
That was so cool, I want one just for that mini tailgate.
B16 are by far my favorite motor ever
Cannot wait to see Phong hot new all motor mill with the BMF cams
Phong is the friggin man will you guys please convince him to start his own channel.
"I love fat doobies" such a great sticker l mao
Kyle Arruda I would watch the shit out of Phongs channel

Phong really needs his own channel. There's enough energy and charisma there to support it.
I miss the B16 its been so long since I've had one, there's almost no Honda's left in the northeast so super cool
Dudes theres tons in jersey what do you mean?

Good job Oscar. It looks and sounds bad ass!
Very nice first turbo car awesome footage
I can watch my boy Brent tune All day. =)
