Things that should be and things that are are two different things. Your statement is probably true, but you can't help if someone gets mad over something. Just like you can't help if someone gets offended over something. Getting mad or offended is on the person getting mad or offended. Get over it and move on to something that doesn't make you mad or offended. Bottom line is that Alex can do whatever he wants with his channel (within the confines of the law, of course) and if someone gets mad or offended over it, oh well.

@Latest Obsession To your first point: I disagree to an extent. If I see something on youtube that I disagree with, I'm going to (respectfully) voice my disagreement. People having different views on things are natural. Talking through those disagreements is what free speech is all about, imo.
However, I do agree that getting triggered (as you say) and flying off the handle and insulting people, etc... is not the way to go about it and yes, that is very toxic and not healthy interactions. Attack the argument, not the person.
@Latest Obsession I mean it's a valid criticism when someone says they're open to ideas, to ask them to react to both sides. Otherwise this becomes a daily wire promo channel. Is he allowed to do that? Sure. Should people attack him viciously over it? Not at all. Does anyone actually know a white supremacist? I think I've met one my entire life at a Danzig concert. He was some random guy and it took about 5 seconds to recognize my next action was to go talk to someone else. I think that is basically how everyone responds to white supremacy. It appears some news outlets originally reported that, but those reported have been determined to be false. The photo that was supposed to be the shooter dressed in womens clothing was photoshopped and the women who it was has the photo of herself that was used. This is completely off topic from the video Alex was watching.

Like most humans, Joe Rogan is a complex human being who doesn't easily fit into a particular political category. He endorsed Bernie Sanders last election, likes Tulsi Gabbard, smokes pot, is pro 2A, hunts his own food, supports family values, dislikes Trump but thinks that Ron DeSantis would probably be a good president.
You've gotta do more Candace Owens. She's one of the sharpest, strongest, and most intelligent conservative voices there is today. They hate her because she's a black woman who isn't parroting the liberal narrative as they believe all black people should. She calls it escaping the plantation mindset. She is the perfect example of a strong and honorable voice.

Joe Rogan is the most average dude ever, he's definitely a moderate. People call him one side or the other because of the guests he has on, he'll have anyone on and agree with them just to keep the conversation going.
He didn't agree with Candace though.
I wouldn’t say totally in the middle. Just depends on the topic and he does have views that contradict themselves at times. Easy example is when he had Jordan Peterson on. Jordan Peterson is a huge advocate for “Equality of Opportunity” but totally disagrees with “Equality of Outcome”. While Joe Rogan agrees with that, he also leans towards socialism and was/is a Bernie Sanders supporter. Socialism promotes and pushes “Equality of Outcome”.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Joe Rogan and listen to his podcast. I think he’s genuinely a nice guy that wants the best for people, but he’s not perfect either.

I'm sure it's been mentioned to you before but you have to react to the moment that put her on map. When she stood up to Ted Lieu in a hate crimes congressional hearing. It was one of the coolest things I've seen recently. She is an absolute American treasure who I believe we'll be seeing a lot of in the future. Oh yeah... her opening statement in the same hearing is a must. You could watch em back to back starting with her opening, which is fire and truth, and then shutting the door with her rebuttal to Ted Lieu.

Great video and you should definitely check out more Candace Owens - she's awesome, and she knows her stuff. She's done interviews with Ben Shapiro, Dave Rubin, and Joe Rogan as well.
Speaking of Joe Rogan - he is DEFINITELY liberal and he talks about that openly: he's always voted democrat, never once voted red, and he was a big supporter of Bernie Sanders and Tulsi Gabbard. What Joe isn't - is "woke" - he's more of a classical liberal (per your definition) and lines up similarly to Bill Maher. But he's pro marijuana, pro gay marriage, pro universal healthcare, and many other left-leaning talking points.
Why Rogan gets hate sometimes and called a conservative is that unlike some liberals, Rogan is not a fan of "wokeism" and he is also willing to have conservative guests on his show. He's had Shapiro and Owens and Rubin and others and is friends with people he disagrees with (imagine that!). There is a small but vocal minority of far-left liberals that believe that he should blacklist conservatives and since he doesn't, that must mean he's a right-winger.
Joe has a wide variety of guests and he's a good interviewer - he's had everyone from Neil DeGrasse Tyson to Bernie Sanders to Robert Downey Jr. to Mike Tyson and everyone in between. Most of his episodes don't have anything to do with politics, it's just the small few he has that get folks yelling.

I'm a white guy, and i was talking to a coworker at my old job. Nothing crazy, just slice of life stuff. Well i mentioned that at the time i wasn't on FB because i was tired of the Hillary/ Trump stuff everywhere. I told her i thought it was all ridiculous, and neither Trump nor Hillary were Hitler reincarnated or anything, and everything was being overblown. She then started saying that Trump was a racist and an evil person, and i was too for not agreeing with her. So I'm kind of skeptical when i hear that get thrown around.

Wow that was the first I have heard of her too. Very impressive and very passionite. I agree with you Alex that todays society needs to learn how to debate with respect and it is indeed a very hard line not to cross. You are doing great with these and taking them objectively. Thank you for listening and not just the typical force your point accross and interrupting just so you can say what you want to say type of politics. That doesnt solve anything these days and only serves to make things worse no matter what your views are. You care about the context and thats important too. A lot of the times it becomes something different after 5 minutes of debating than the original subject to begin with. You see the bigger picture and thats good. Not everyone can do this but but they have the oppurtunity to learn how to do this? Absolutely. We need relearn how to agree to disagree. That seems to be a lost idea these days. Again no matter what you believe anyone can do that. We need to start uniting and find ways to come together rather than dividing. Is it going to be challenging? You have no idea how much! We need to try though. Make an effort. It takes both sides making an effort to see change in how we debate. Its time to start finding solutions rather than complaining about everything. Thats when we will start to see progress.

I'm about 1 minute and a few seconds in but I had to pause it so I could say this: Do literally ANY "political" commentary that you want to do. First off it's your channel so do what you want, because it would kind of suck to find out all you were interested in was pandering to a specific audience for retention. Unless of course it's what you want then by all means grift away but I don't get that vibe from you, I think you are actually pretty open to hearing an argument even if you don't immediately agree with the premise. On top of that, and possibly more important than the above reason, we need this kind of analysis and conversation to become more prevalent in society because too many people stand firmly with their tribe even if they don't understand what they are standing for and that just leads people to being manipulated and taken advantage of, and that is something that really grinds my gears.

Hey Alex I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for being a great reactor and for giving a platform for showing and giving dialog to videos and people that otherswant to shut down. Owen's and others on the more conservative POV get such a bad rap when they are brilliant and logical people.
They get a bad rap because millions believe their incorrect views and opinions. They aren't logical, they are emotionally and speaking to the worst of people to make them feel like their hateful beliefs are real. It's sad people can't see through her grift. She is an inspiration to the worst people, just like Tucker Carlson and the rest of the conservative media.

Hey man! New to your channel, but already digging your authentic uplifting personality =D Hope you see this because I saw your vid playing the guitar and i suggest using a metronome or leg to maintain a rhythm for time vs speed. Start at a ridiculously slow speed and focus on basic technique, such as relaxing your right arm to a stupid degree, the wrist should be very loose most of the time. Also, when you pull a string there are two ways(at least in the beginning) to do it- One is when you hit one string the finger follows to touch the next string above it (Its called Apoyando). Second is called Tirando, it's the more common known use which is just pulling the string without making contact with any other string. Apoyando has a sadder/heavier tone and Tirando is more in the upbeat/dramatic area. Lastly, dont bend your left thumb around the neck because it dissipates your ability to produce good notes. Just arch your thumb and dont break that form. These are just a fraction of things you need, but this will for sure lay out a good foundation, oh! and memorize where are all the DO/RE/MI/FA/SOL/LA/SI/DO's are on the guitar ;)

What's the "other side"? I'd say there are more than two sides. Watch leftist comedian Jimmy Dore and you'll find someone who despises both the Republican and the Democrat party (but probably more so the Democrats, because it used to be his party).
