in just 250 i got 2 lb and 2 vr and boruto x ulti .. and in free ticket got one vr .. should i summon again for sakura ex ult?

It depends in your need. If you'll make her a Main in AM, then you must hunt the New Ult. If you'll use her in Def in F4, get it IF you don't have anyone inside who can give Damage Nullification buff to allies. If there is however, then I suggest to not hunt it anymore.😊
