Yup. Billy and Phil are cousins. Lola is Billy's grand daughter. I think in Britan, cousins can even get marries.

When he said Ian, I was shocked. We found out later it was Den, but the thought of your 1st cousin....aww man! A later story line had Walford Square babe Lauren Branning in a romantic affair with her 1st cousin, Joey. Ewe! Anyway - huge cultural difference but still mad love for Albert Square.
