Chapter #18: TRITON BAY. Out of the Black & Into the Blue

- “Triton Bay” is the eighteen chapter of the series “Out of the Black & into the Blue”. Triton Bay Triton Bay is far away and quite isolated. This makes it one of the few truly gems left in the underwater world and has become one of the favorite spots for many underwater photographers/videographers. Beautiful shallow reefs, incredibly healthy soft coral, very nice macro life and loads of fish…and of course, whale sharks.
Diving in Triton Bay sometimes is subject to strong currents, especially in the area called Pintu Arus and in Little Komodo (named by Dr. Gerry Allen), located just at the South tip of the small island. But the profusion and beauty of soft corals that you can witness are just MIND-BLOWING.

Hello Alex. We are looking forward to joining you again onboard seven seas. Miles Brough and family
Hi Miles! I hope all is good with you and your family. I still remember our trip in Komodo. Hopefully we’ll see each other soon 🙏🏻. Merry Xmas 🎄
Splendido … j’adore, bravo
Merci beaucoup 🙏🏻
Molt bo, felicitats Alex...
Moltes gràcies Ricard. Una abraçada des de Bcn.

2:49 what happend next? ;-) Nice shots! You have the same camera setup as I have ;-) Just the 60mm Macro is missig ;-) Keep on with your good work
Thanks Sabrina 🙏🏻
I changed my setup recently. Canon C70, Ninja V, 15-35 mm RF lens and 100 mm macro RF lens as well, alongside the WACP2, the macro port and I hope as well the focus unit for the Canon 100 mm RF for the EMWL.
I am still testing the new equipment.
Nothing really happened after 2:49 he just continued gliding bellow me (quite close at the beginning though).
Cheers!
@@naucratesuw Looking forward to see new footage with the Canon ;-) I stay with my GH5 at the moment. I still like it! ;-)
Looks like it must have been swum into you. Good it did not ;-)
Hi Alex, as usual, thank for you for offering us this magical moment in the ocean. I wish you all the best. Bruno
Many thanks Bruno. Greetings from Barcelona 🙏🏻
Great! I recognize many dive spots from our trip 3 years ago. Amazing location and we also were lucky with whale sharks and dolphins. 👍
Thanks! 🙏🏻 Happy that you recognize some of the dive sites. Indeed! 💙 It is an outstanding place. I am in love with the area.
Great footage, phenomenal quality. I like your quotes. And...I want to go to Triton Bay.
Thank you very much 💙 🙏🏻 Definitely you should go there. IMHO is one of the best places I ve ever been for underwater video. I am in love with Triton Bay and I enjoyed it somehow even more than Raja Ampat and Komodo.
@@naucratesuw I hope to join you on one of the diving trips on the Seven Seas once Indonesia is opened.
Oh man, how can this UA-cam Channel be so underratet, your Videos are really amazing!
Me and my Girlfriend want to do the Diving licence after our studies and i want to do this kind of Video/Photography too... Really inspiring thanks for that!
Thanks a lot for your kind words Damian 🙏🏻 I hope you can fulfill your passion of diving and filming 🤜🏻🤛🏻
Amazing footage 😍
Thanks 🙏🏻
Hi Alex. Your Video it’s wonderful. We went to Triton Bay as well also we have Gh5, but really we would like to know when (season) you filmed this video and also what was your camera setting. Thanks a lot for your valuable information.
Gracias Jacinto.

@@Snorkellovers Un plaer 🙌🏻
