I know Dr. Shugufta Feroz since 2005. She changed my life's perceptive to the Holistic Health System from the survival health system that seemed a lifestyle than & now. But today, in 2023 ...I am glad Dr. Shugufta is not only talking about basic body health but also spiritual health...although her health guidance ultimately leads to spirituality.

This talk has been immensely valuable to me and I will definitely share it with those close to me. Thank you Eram and your extremely supportive and knowledgeable guest in delivering such a positive message to all. I pray that you continue to prosper and provide evidence based solutions to some challenging problems of the current times. As a Psychologist myself, I absolutely love that you back everything with the Qur’an & sunnah of our Prophet (pbuh). Our religion is no doubt immaculate, but as humans we falter time to time, however, we can only learn and strive to be our authentic self in accordance with our faith. In sha Allah.
I look forward to the next talk in this series. My take home message is definitely to be more compassionate to myself and work towards becoming more authentic.
Namasthe bhai saab I appreciate your wisdom. But the problem is how wisdom can be expressed or taught to the common men. With best regards to all religions, I personally feel mostly the fake mullas and moulvis are spoinling the minds of the younger generation so mostly the younger generations are misled and wrong routed. Instead of giving them good true education, the young generation are taught all wrong things right from madarsa stage. The teachers are deeprouted in teaching all wrong things. May be after so many years, nowadays, good thought and expressions and discussions are taking place like in this channel of Eram Saeed, after 10 or 15 years, some good change may happen in Pakistan if politicians and religious leaders determine to embrace truth and reject lies. To achieve that, all the systems of teaching, schooling, approach, attitude must change and that change comes only if people determine to change their fate and destination towards social, cultural, progressive achievements. Sister Jee one small suggestion. This presentation is wonderful that covered about lying in all the aspects of life which took about 56 minutes length. But this video is very genuine to go to that length because whatever spoke by both is very important and cannot be shortened. But, in UA-cam, the great success lies on short length videos. Suppose if you open your UA-cam Studio and see the analytics of this video, you will notice that the average view duration of this video may be between 5 and 10 minutes only. So in future kindly keep this aspect while making a video. Ideal length can be about 15 minutes to 20 minutes maximum. Very few videos may go beyond that depending upon the subjective compulsions. Then your video's and your channel's viewership will increase fast ie., your channel will reach more audience. Thankyou Sister Jee.🙏

So correct that lying is a very strong element in Pakistani society. The eg of lying about being round the corner when they have not even left their homes is so true and also hilarious!!
My personal opinion is that People also are misguded by the fake religious teachers to do all wrong things and they again say Allah sab maaf karega. Due to that also people are not taking serious of being truthful and fair.

Namasthe Dr Shagufta Jee. One suggestion please. By seeing your part of video, I feel you are telecasting from a laptop using laptop's camera and zoom app and using Zoom's virtual backgounds. These backgrouns appear real if you place a green screen behind you. Zoom has many interior (inhouse furnished room) backgrounds also which are very impressive. If you are using a PC or laptop, you may purchase Logitech C922 streaming webcam which makes your videos brighter and magnificient. Laptop's cameras are not that good for streaming. Smartphones are the best for live streaming as they have powerful cameras with minimum 48 mega pixels cameras, without causing any expenditure of purchasing a webcam. Please give a thought on this aspect also. Thankyou Sister Jee.🙏

It is hard to speak truth in pakistan , because people don’t know how to give positive feedback. Also, people by cultural taboos feel awkward to say thing like, my mother cooks good food. Wife should say. Yes MashaAllah , she cooks good food. Instead there is negative competition. We are also not taught how to show emotions and speak our opinions in respectful manner. Which creates problems in home and at work. It is a really good video. For parents too , because if a child is told to speak truth from the beginning, then when the child will grow up and get married , he or she won’t lie and have better relationships as an adult. We should teach to say “no” politely. Also teaching people boundaries. Every relationship has a boundary. It is much much easier to speak the truth, one will be surprised. If a situation for the person is such that things will get worse then remain quiet and wait for appropriate time to give response. Prophet Muhammed pbuh two qualities sadiq and amin. In a country where there are so many restrictions on a certain gender which are not even islamic , how can people be authentic. VR is basically used to remove phobias.
