Nice to see AEA getting some regulators into their rifles. It would be nice to know the shot count per fill with the rifle at high power and shooting the JSB 34's. Then it would also be nice to see some 50 yard accuracy groups with this rifle too.
I've really been thinking about getting this gun I've seen doller sportsman put some decent groups. What I want is a dedicated slug gun. On a decent budget. Maybe this is the one
Thanks for asking these questions , i was thinking the same especially since after the first set of 10 shots he lowered the power ! it would've been nice if he did each ones on max an at the lowered pressure which by all means was still at a very good speed an possibly at an optimal setting ! for what ever reasons the heavier slugs at lower setting/speeds created higher fps an fpe than the pellets set at higher rate of speed with a lighter pellet , which definitely made me want to see the heavier slug turned up !
Great review, I would still like to see what the shot count is on the 25 caliber and also more important than that is what kind of accuracy does this gun have at say 100 to possibly a hundred and fifty yards. Sounds like it has plenty of power to get the pellet there we just want to know how accurate it is .

Fast is great and all. I do have a question though. With that speed, does the barrel have the twist rate to shoot slugs as accurately as that MKIII FX this rifle was compared with in the beginning. I’ve got two AEA’s and love em. That said, we all know that speed isn’t everything. Speed without control is useless.
Twist rate on the 25 Cal 1.17.7 slugs probably work best pallets travel way too fast probably have to turn it down on the power wheel to shoot pellets more accurate
No, it will not shoot sub MOA at 100 yards like an FX impact with slugs. The challenger pro is not as accurate as it was made out to be. The Impact is a 2200 dollar gun though. If you want to compete in any competitions don't bother with an AEA. If you're going to hunt. then the AEA is perfect for that. IMO they are overhyped.
This is a new gun to the market they haven't done too much reviews on it I can't wait to see the accuracy on this at 100 yards but I can tell you one thing I have not seen a more powerful 25 Cal right out of the box I have not seen even these $2000 or $3,000 guns with that much power if you're going to spend a ton of money you'd expect to have a ton of power right out of the box then to make your gun more powerful you have to spend a lot more money just to get you close to what this gun is doing right out of the box I've seen a ton of videos on the FX and they're not perfect even at 50 yards or 100 yards they still have some kind of spread if this aea can shoot 1-in group at 50 yards and a 2 inch group at 100 that is after tuning the gun and finding the right pallet or slug that the gun likes that gun is worth every penny spent I can't believe the power right out of the box so I will give credit where credit is due and wait for the accuracy review
@@FarmerFpv I’m not sure that the AEA is over hyped in the power category. I’ve not seen any videos of anyone claiming the Challenger pro is going to win a National championship either. Like I said, I have two AEA’s (Varmint & Element) in .25 and they both are very accurate for me to 50 yards. But neither one shoots slugs very well compared to pellets. So after today I realized that I am perfectly fine with pellets out out both of them because they devastated the starlings and house sparrows. I don’t need slugs to do what I did today.
