But you are nowhere near the model’s skintone for Vanuatu on the Nars website. I don’t understand shades and I don’t think I ever will unless I’m willing to waste money😔

The shade images for reference are a bit off, I thought the shade would be too dark too but it wasn't. If you're struggling, found out your undertone and also use the website findation.com to find other foundations in a similar shade
