If you watched the episode, you will see that group 2 tried to switch Choyeon with Sakura as the center, but Sakura wasn't skilled enough in singing, dancing and raping to be in that position, so Choyeon became the center again. Sakura may have that Star/Center quality, but you need to at least be avarage in dancing and singing if you want to be the center or else your mistakes/lack of experience/training will be more noticable.

Aside from Sakura, I think Minju, Eunbi, Chaeyeon, they have enough factors to be able to become the center of the group.
