Tuna Sakarya They sure can. However, Producing an action figure with this detail is expensive to create especially if the figure is mass produced. It’s not that they can’t , it’s just that producing this action figure at a bulk amount is super expensive. This custom has to be one of the best custom action figures i’ve ever seen. You can see the extensive effort he put into just to create one figure. It’s really hard.
